Unbelievable… the police chase this guy for 20 + minutes, he could have easily injured or killed one or many people while driving. Yet, when he and his passenger get out of the car - voluntarily - the police were nowhere in site.
The two of them could have just as easily been armed and dangerous. The park they ended up at is often full of people working out, walking dogs, pushing strollers. Glad it all worked out.
