Thanks to this film, I now want to say "I love lamp" whenever I see a lamp, or "Loud noises!" or "I don't know why we're yelling!" whenever there's a heated discussion...
"Loud noises!!!" Is my go-to for sensory overload since Anchorman.
Loud noises gets my neighbors dog to quit barking on the balcony😂

weird injury: that rabbit ear-type antenna she beat Burgandy with is hollow. I had a broken one in my house. II tried to reach for simething, and it turns out they're incredibly sharp when broken, and gouged out a chunk of my hand tube-shaped

The sequel to this, "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues", is pretty good as well. Most of the main cast return for the film released in late 2013.
The part with the dog getting kicked off the bridge and it is very clearly a fake stuffed animal

I think this movie takes place in the mid 70’s, judging by the fashion.
This was the 70s. The girl in the bathroom was more than likely a random hookup. You never knew where and when a hookup would happen

U literally had that exact same breakdown when I came home from work and found my Dog “gone”…. The only thing I can compare it to is when JB kicked Baxter over the rail & Will’s reaction. That was me .. Even tho this movie reminds me of that … It’s one of my very favorites . I still laugh all the way thru even after seeing dozens of times .. their performances are so perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤍☑️

There's no third one; but much like the Back to the Future movies the next one is arguably (and the against side has a pretty weak argument too,) even better than this was so even though I'm not a patron I absolutely recommend reacting to it too (it's set in the first days of CNN in the "Burgundyverse?")
Minorest of spoiler- there's another big fight (and it's just ridiculous how many cameos they get for round 2)

Christina Applegate (Veronica) was known before this film mostly for her role in the sitcom Married with Children that ran from 1987 to 1997.
Don't know if you ever saw the show (which is hilarious) but she is so beautiful in it.

In any copy of the movie I've seen, Baxter has subtitles when he's talking to Ron and the bears. For some reason your's doesn't.
