Dave here from Charlotte nc chin junk removal and dumpster rental..Great advice...I started with only f250 then 6 months I bought my first dump trailer..now in 1 year on 6 months I bought a roll off bumper pull trailer with 1 bin now I have 2 bins..
That's the thing! People hop on to TH-cam and watch us on here and think because they see us, they have to get the same kind of equipment we have, not realizing how much time and hustle we have put in, how much we've already sacrificed. Then they over leverage themselves, get into a lot of debt and think the business will just come to them instantly. It doesn't work that way!
Glad all is well with you guys over in FL and you are safe brother!! Man, the decision to move to having someone doing the recording and editing was not one to take lightly, but over 350+ videos, it's time I trade back a little $$$ for some of my time!! It's a blessing to have found someone that has been incredible thus far! Thanks for the watch and comment brother! Stay busy and safe!!
That bump you hit, may need to put the hard hat on in there. Goes so well with this video, there may be bumps in the road but you don’t let it hold you back.
Don’t do junk removal but get about 5-10 leads a week for it. Anyone not getting the business for roll offs or junk removal ain’t trying. The later is far easier barrier of entry, less capital and most profitable short term. Not as scalable and profitable as renting cans long term. Slow times? Start removing junk!
@@AmericanAFDumpsters ok ty I just completed my LLC for my roll off dumpster business, and you definitely are very knowledgeable and informative, I take every video you make and take notes, ty and you have a follower here in Ohio
I’m about to get a stand on skid steer for junk and brush removal. I have a dump trailer but I think I should focus on skid steer work till I can get a ram5500 hook 🪝 lift .
You could do a ton with a skid, all kinds of different attachments. Land and brush clearing, grading, small demo, etc especially in combination with a dump trailer.
Big man! Highly suggest getting something slightly bigger than a 5500 but still under CDL. I can explain in detail why. But you will see a lot of guys regret those, simply because of payload. There are a lot of similar priced options that will benefit you more!
@@rollingops I personally am fine with a smaller truck biggest dumpster I want to haul is a 15 yard but I have my cdl class A so next truck will be a tri axle
Motivation!
💪🏼❤️
Great advice! I’ve been watching you since your non dump trash trailers!
Much appreciated brother!! Keep grinding!!
