      @@Mercurial.
The Mackenzie Shirilla's case is a very, very strange case and too dubious to be credible.
For a serious failure of Mackenzie's car, in fact!
And falsely presented as a premeditated murder by a corrupt prosecutor during the trial of Mackenzie Shirilla.
And especially when you see the incredible amount of videos that have been made and posted about this case, blaming, insulting and spitting on Mackenzie every day.
In each of these spurious videos, it was forgotten that the prosecutor who convicted Mackenzie already had a criminal record for orchestrating a smear campaign against his former county attorney.
What a judicial shame to be convicted by a corrupt and corrupt prosecutor!
Mackenzie Shirilla never premeditated her suicide by wanting to take her two friends with her, and she never premeditated a murder beforehand to kill her two friends.
Poor Mackenzie, may God take care of her and protect her, during her 15 years in jail.
May God save her especially from the temptation of suicide and despair.
May God take care of your parents and relatives and help them as well.
What you do to the least of you, you do to me! (Jesus Christ).
In this "alleged" case of premeditated murder, which is not a case of premeditated murder, it has also been forgotten that Dominic Russo's mum had helped her other son, Angelo, to be sentenced to community service, without going to jail.
And this for "gross sexual imposition."
Dominic Russo's mum, after a head-on collision with another car, was found civilly liable for the injuries she caused in that accident, during a jury trial.
In Cuyahoga County court records, you can see many other court posts about Dominic Russo's mum, but also about Dominic himself and Davion's brother.
Davion is the other boy who also died in Mackenzie's car crash.
Taking into account all these unrelated details by all the videos posted by many weirdos and many sick people on TH-cam and most social networks that for almost three months, have been making Mackenzie feel guilty and presenting her every day as a demon escaped from hell.
One can only conclude that this judgment is nothing more than shameful hypocrisy.
Miss Mackenzie Shirilla has been deceived by people who are not at all reputable and not at all upright.
Remember: Mackenzie Shirilla had never had to deal with justice, had never been convicted, and therefore had no criminal record, and her name was not recorded in any court records.
Only in the banana republics can you see such a trial!
Fortunately for teen Mackenzie, her parents appealed her conviction.
Hopefully she will be cleared on appeal and released as soon as possible.
What a shock it will be on all the social networks this year, when we will announce his release and his regained honor.
And we must also imagine the anguish that will seize his accusers, defamators, insulters and weirdos of all kinds who since the day of his conviction, in August 2023 ; when they will all be prosecuted for insults and defamation.

Nah, nothing perverted, you'd be making explanations too if you were a parent. I can put myself in her shoes. She apparently was the one who encouraged her daughter to go to those parties to feel better. As for smiling and looking relaxed on her phone...everyone looks at their phone 50 times a day like that, and we all look bad doing it. Smiling? Ever seen the movie Gone Girl? They go over that. You can be in a search party of hundreds of people, looking for your lost family member. You're so thankful that these hundreds of people volunteered, and are giving you support. There's a group photo. You don't want to seem like an ungrateful asshole. You smile. Congratulations on making evidence that you're the coldblooded killer.
There are hundreds, thousands of examples of this. This video actually reminded me of that flawed logic lawyers and court systems use by submitting socially constrained photos as character evidence.
That all being said, it does sound like she's guilty. But everything I said stands as something I personally believe.

Not sure how this child is repentant. Crocodile tears does not equal repentance. Ethan Couch's case and this one are very different. No shes going to big girl prison where she belongs! Shes an adult! She tried to be sneaky and kill those 2 the day before she turned 18 thinking if she miraculously didnt die that she would be charged as a minor and get a very light sentence but she was very wrong and was charged as an adult! Lol Yes you should probably watch more videos about the case bc it wasnt just some accident! Shes a self centered spolied little brat who only cared about her self who then intentionally premeditated murdering 2 ppl.. her and her bf! But for some reason aje added an innocent friend into the mix so she planned on murdering 3 ppl that morning! But of course she failed at killing herself unfortunately! She planned it all out and even went to the scene early in the morning the day before it happen to make sure there would be little to no witnesses or surveillance that would see what really happend! So she went to that lighty populated dead end road the next day at the wee hours of the morning when no one woild be there and then hit the gas pedal as far down as she could till she reached almost 100 mph and INTENTIONALLY ran off the road and INTENTIONALLY plowed her car into a brick wall!! She never tried to stop! She never tried to slow down! She never tried to swerve out the way! Evidence proves her car didn't malfunction! And there was surveillance on a building on that road that caught her doing what she did! And after she killed these 2 innocent ppl once she got out the hospital she just went on with her life and went to parties and concerts like nothing ever happen! Shows how she had zero remorse for what she did! So if you ask me she should of gotten an even more harsh sentence like life without parole for murdering 2 inoccent kids! But atleast she will absolutely be in prison for 15 yrs and by the sound of the judge she more then likely won't be granted parole her first go around and will probably be there for 20 to 25 yrs! Which again i think she should of been locked away for life and never let out for intentionally premeditating to murder 2 ppl! Hope that clears some things up for you!
