The controversy around this cam is 100% fabricated, this is an Fun and Amazing little Full-Frame machine.

@@MichaelRelevant Mine arrives tomorrow, saw your Grip and decided to cancel my Small Rig one...yours looks bulkier but i think this camera really needs it. I've seen others holding the cam with the Small Rig one and their hands look cramped. Enjoy man!

The gold Ultramax lut is really nice. It reminds me of nostalgic negative on Fuji. I did some slow Mo video at the skate park and it looks really nice.

      @@lfcruzsierra it’s actually smaller than I thought.

I dont know if people are sleep at the wheel, or underestimating the Lumix Lab app but.... That system is going to single-handedly change / up the status of Panasonic / Lumix. Think about it.. How many Film Simulations can you store on a Fuji...like 8 standard ones, and then like 6 other ones ? Imagine storing THIRTY-NINE luts on the S9 ?! lol.

I’ll get some footage out on that channel with the S9 today. It looks pretty solid.

I tried this camera for a weekend. It' is a neat camera but 2 things I didn't think I would have issues with, but became deal-breakers for me: 1. No EVF - personal pref, but it was hard/bad using it in bright sunlight w/o an EVF
    2. The App - changing & uploading LUTS. The process wasn't as smooth as I would like. The auto transfer of images was nice, but the camera did start to get really warm after about 5-10 min of uploading. That being said - the option for real-time LUTs is pretty cool, but overall the experience is not for me - not throwing shade on it - it's just not for me.

Makes sense I’ll get to those topics in a review soon.

I like it, have ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet. Looking forward to it, as people have already commented it's a fun camera, and for me the availability of the georgeous Sigma I lenses was a key attraction for me (I have Canon stuff). Probably will go for the 17, 45 and 90.

Could you try out the stabilisation with the 17mm to see if you get jello in the corners. 👍🏻
