Not on this video but some that have a lot of soap scum build up, is there any way to prevent that? Or would the customer need to get the trap cleaned out once a year just for preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is the key.

The ROOT of the problem is when a tree is cut down ~ the batteries and wipes are still there. ALWAYS cut the wipes tree first. The wipes trees are invasive species.

ahh, the old "I cut the tree down a year ago" and the roots shouldn't be an issue. yes an no, they roots can continue to grow for quite some time afterwards, until they run out of nutrients.
it heavily depends on the tree type/size and I'm sure no tree/root expert, but I have learned it the hard way over the years. also like you said probably other tree roots in there too, they all grow into the same places and compete(again, depending on tree type)

I liked the work but the customer kind of rubbed me the wrong way. When you send that machine in a drain and open it you don't send it back down again? Once you make it to the mains your done? I'm just asking not trying to tell you how to do any thing.
Customer seemed to blame everything on roots. Truth is revealed, WIPES are the culprit. Why don’t people ever learn??
