    This is a great video! I really enjoy no-sew patterns, not just because I'm bad at sewing pieces together, but because it always feels like a puzzle to figure out and I enjoy that. I think it'd be great to do a video on shaping crochet, because sometimes that baffles me!

      Shaping crochet is rather baffling, isn't it ;) The "puzzle" element is my favourite thing about designing crochet!

    Really interesting to see the process of all this! I'm excited to see the pangolin too

    I love the cats you made!!! And I love how you turn sew into no-sew!!! I like to leave rabbit tails to last, & attach them like you did with the ears. I have this fluffy white yarn I use & just crochet it into the body near the base, or back, then tie & burrow the ends. It means every rabbit has the cutest fluffy tail, just where it needs to be. PS: finally subbed!!!

    Kind of late to this video, I don't understand how I haven't found these sooner haha. These tutorials give me such an urge to make my own pattern! I just love the mathematical aspect of calculating on paper where everything's gonna go, seems so satisfying. Who knows, maybe in some time I'll have my own proper pattern that I can share with the generous community of crochet

    Thank you for your videos! You are so creative. You inspire me to think outside the box. I noticed that my projects seem to take life outside the original pattern and I just alter my pattern as I go. It is what keeps me interested and I have a hard time putting down my project until it’s finished. I am left handed and have gotten lost or off track on some written patterns but, have had so many happy accidents that have made my projects unique. I am learning from my mistakes and getting better with each project.

    I’m watching so lost but like not really. It’s just I’m not this advanced but somehow found these videos but I know I can get this advanced one day. Right now I’m just tryna copy a cute little squishy fat cat lamp I have into a plush 😂 so it’s just trial & error trying to match the shape. So watching this series has me like 😱 cuz I never thought of anything like this & thank you for going into such detail it’s really mind blowing & inspiring how complex crochet can get

    Thank you so much for this video, it is absolutely amazing, learned as I have always using balls this looks magical. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are awesome 💜
    I still have a doubt though. How do you close the back of the last cat? Once you have added the base for the chin, you continue to work in rounds but how did you close the back and shape the neck?? I would be forever grateful if you explained this 💜💜💜

    Would you be willing to eventually make a video about how to determine where to put increase, decrease, front or back post, etc to get specific angle, volume or modeling? Pleeeeease! Even if it's something you would do in months or years. I would like to be able to try creating pattern that are not simmetrical

    I'm trying to figure out how to crochet a doll's legs in seated position (I wanna make a big one for me to hug at night lol). I saw how you did it with the custom base but then I thought it would be a bit too flat on the bottom part, and I want to make them circular. I did your croc pattern a few days ago and thought maybe I'll do short rows after attaching the doll legs together, arching up to the main body part. Haven't tried it tho, but I do hope it'll work. I'm pretty new to short rows even after years of crocheting, so gotta experiment it with little dolls first.

    • @Ayame471989
      @Ayame471989 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      easy way: straight legs + put wire in it => variable body position (including sitting)

    Can you do a video on designing your own patterns with cheat sheets like what increasing does what decreasing does how to make a belly more narrow or bigger then go to smaller etc. that’s the issue I’m having is knowing when to decrease and what exactly some stitches do. Like for example I want to make a mini back pack how do I know how many stitches and when to start getting skinner and how to add a little square on the back of the backpack etc. like a cheat sheet I guess lol I hope that makes sense

    Where it’s just the flat bottom piece

    I actually don't know when I last used the word baffle.. but okay. Is there an easy way to make the smaller size hooks easy to use when you have some fine motor/coordination issues. I would like to try and make some of the designs and I would like to have my finished piece not be the size of the giant prizes at the fair.

    Is there a way you can make a tutorial on how to connect 4 legs together without having to sew or create a video with different ways to do that like how you did for this video? Been trying to figure out how people create their own pattern where they connect 4 legs together as they crochet without sewing.
