Hikone always struck me as a what a young fan would make as an oc for a Wattpad fanfiction. Ngl, i wouldn't have been surprised if i saw hikone as a fan character on da with an accompanying fanfic. This character honestly needs a nerf
while the wielder is more like a Walmart version of Ichigo, I would argue that Ichigo's zanpakuto is more like the Walmart version of that one. Imagine Ichigo with that zanpakuto through his story...
I think it's a rather interesting story, considering that a Zanpakuto and Hollow are essentially the same thing. Both are the inner drive / power of the soul. Hollows are souls that have been consumed by their inner desires, physically becoming the manifestation of it. Zanpakuto are created when a Shinigami pours their inner powers / desires into an Asauchi. The blade helps control and tame the power. The same is true for an Arancar. The physical manifestation of their powers, the monstrous appearance, is sealed within a "Zanpakuto" granting them the shape of a regular soul, and returned to them upon activating Resurreccion. The initial defeat of Ikomikidomoe could serve as an origin story for Zanpakuto, the sealing of a Soul's inner power / desires into a blade.
I think there would be some potential in an alternative timeline where instead of being saved by Rukia, Ichigo happened upon the Ikomikidomoe by some stroke of luck(obviously Aizen. It's always Aizen) . Maybe it and shiro would merge, maybe he'd have both, things like that. Maybe it would be kind of like the nine tailed fox in Naruto and Isshin locks it away inside him and it becomes tamed through the story. This artificial human Quincy hollow Shinigami kid isn't too interesting imo at least.
Yurgen Grimwood full hollow Ichigo surpassed Visoreds and Arrancar. It’s naturally more powerful then a vasto lorde. It’s both a vasto lorde class Hollow and a nobles Shinigami powers in one.
So. You brought up the plot holes like ichibe and nimaya having zanpakuto before zanpakuto. Ichibe's brush sword thing isnt a zanpakuto exactly. It existed before everything other than the soul king. Nimaya probably had a zanpakuto but didnt begin making them for everyone until they were needed after the fight
@@joaop4585 Doesnt seem like a plothole to me. Nimaiya made the zanpakuto so its not weird that he would have one before it was mainstream. Maybe at this point he was creating specific weapons and hadnt mastered his true masterpiece, the asauchi yet.

I was thinking the same thing. We don't know exactly when "zanpakto" were introduced but Ichibei named them ALL and Nimaya forged them ALL. so it's possible that the predecessor of the Zanpakto is closer to a fullbring or whatever "magic" already exists like kido or whatever, like seen in Burn The Witch which exists in the same universe. But that's a whole other story my brain hurts thinking about that one.
An Inconvenience Tbh if the wielder of Ikimikidomoe wasn’t just Cell but with a zanpakuto I’d feel a lot better about it. Seriously he’s every race? That’s so dumb. Ichigo is one thing because his is explained by the plot (his mother was quincy and his dad a shinigami, his soul was infested by a hollow due to Aizen’s machinations) but this character is just “lol what if we had everything in a single character”. Like, why isn’t there an army of this thing? Why weren’t mod souls designed like this?
@@ninetails6218 Soul Modding is something of new technology and biology in the seireitei as the only scientist who had ever created one was Aizen in TBTP arc (100 years ago). Just how zanpakuto didnt exist (around 2 or 3 centuries ago) mixed races wouldnt have happened due to tension at first with quincy + shinigami against hollows, and eventually quincy against shinigami. Its just how in the real world, mixed children are now becoming more common. CFYOW is revised and accepted by Kubo as canon.
Ichibei is way stronger than yamamoto, he wrecked ywach prior to ywach using everything he has. While yamamoto was beaten senseless. Ichibei is also unkillable so yamamoto isn't as strong as the god tiers in the series

Ichibei is older than Yamamoto, but Yamamoto in Bankai would just vaporize Ichibei's Ink before it touches him, meaning Ichibei would not be able to steal his power, although i think that Ichibei attack that steal a hundred nights of soul society would defeat Yamamoto.
They have independent abilities beyond their zanpakuto we think Recall how hitsugaya caused his grandmothers colds .. Kido and hado are also techniques used
Shinigami don't mess with hollows all that much, their main job is to keep their part of the afterlife safe, they didn't even have a clue how to get to hueco mundo before Aizen. From the point of view of the assholes in the top, hollows eating each other was the solution, because they didn't really care about the souls within, only the balance, and stronger hollows don't eat people but do eat other hollows, so they didn't care. There are only around 5000 shinigami in the world, to the entire world, and most can't take on mook hollow let alone a menos (because hollows are basically born with their shikai), shinigami don't care and if you lived in bleach, you will most likely end up a hollow or hollow's food upon death, which is ichigo back story, because all the ghosts he kept making friends with kept dying and leave the smell of fear (and giant blood stains) behind, and he was understandably depressed by it. So yeh, being in bleach sucked, and even if you are very "lucky" to be found by a shinigami you are going to be a poor guy in ancient Japan, with one in four chances if going to a place as bad as hueco mundo. The shinigami don't care for humans outside of keeping the balance.
Not only that, if you become a shinigami, you either die as a hollow consumes you or are forged into an asauchi and have your personality overwritten as you face another lifetime of grueling combat. If you are a captain, you get sent to hell after centuries of hard carrying Soul Society. If you are a plus, you either get consumed by a hollow, get sent to be tortured in hell or get sent to the dystopia that is Soul Society. If you are a hollow, you are constantly hunted and eventually drift into a desert wasteland where only cannibals survive and the process of becoming stronger can wipe your personality as you fight with thousands of tortured souls for control. If you are a human, you are kept in ignorance and are everyone's victim. Trying to stand up to the cosmos as a quincy will get you massacred for trying. Its why I feel Yhwach and Aizen were right to try to change the system, the cosmos of Bleach is miserable for everyone.

@@Lux07s Quincy mixed arrancar abilities, has blut vene, hierro. Well everything the quincies and arrancar have that enhance physical abilities, if we are talking about both. Also since they are a part of ichigo they also have that latent ability, you know where ichigo gets absurdly more powerful after a fight. This is literally unlimited potential, which means unlimited power. This is the sole reason yhwach deemed him the leader of the special war powers, latency. His zanpaktou is pretty broken considering the fact that yhwach had to instantly break it when ichigo said bankai. He did fight him with his bankai and instantly slashed him in half, but keep in mind that it was a ichigo in a weak state, yhwach also stole his powers after he broke it. Idk man but zangetu/white zangetsu seem pretty fucking powerful to me.
Honestly can't fear your own world is amazing. The art looks beautiful and seeing a lot of the bleach characters after the blood War is great. Plus kubo isn't limited by shonen and it shows
One of my biggest pet peeves is the pressure put on Mangaka to turn out work. It shows in quality. I'm totally fine getting one chapter per year if it slaps.
This is my OC, Hikone and he has a sword that is a monster that was sealed because he was powerful and he made tornadoes with his screams and he can give me a power boost when I call upon his full name but he has 3 stages of release each more powerful than the last and he's big giant and and his sword is a hollow but also an arrancar but more powerful than a Vasto Lorde and when it's released completely it turns Hikone into a super duper arrancar shinigami fusion that looks cool and kills everything. And it'll kick your ass!1!!!1
This sword is OP and a great example of the TRUE nature of Zangetsu. It takes ten years to master a bankai and bankai change overtime like Yamamotp proved sp EOS Ichigo isnt even his stronger form just the beat he can do at this time. Ichigo is one of Shounens strongest.
Any time I'm worried about a fan-character I make potentially being overpowered, I just tune into lore videos such as this and I'm instantly reassured. Great work!
I mean there’s always a balancing act you have to do with characters but I wouldn’t worry so much about them being overpowered just as long is they are limitations that literally bring them down but most of the time between Joe Joe and bleach there’s no such thing as being too overpowered as long as the characters flushed out a lot or quite a bit to make it make sense why they’re just ridiculously strong
Looking forward to the filler content with Ikomikdomoe, meeting beyond resurrection Barragan (in BBS). Also shows that Barragan was a lot more powerful, then we gave him credit for. So in essence Ichigo probably still bodies Hikone, since he can control his full power.
@@QuantumFishFTWThe hollow itself is on the level of younger version if Barragan. The bankai version of Ikomikidomoe could potentially scale up to Horn of Salvation(without bankai) Ichigo. Still, True Bankai(with Horn of Salvation) Ichigo soloes Hikone.

This is pretty fascinating, think about the Hollow side of Ichigo versus this, what would happen if Ichigo's Quincy blood met this zanpakuto. Then think about all the moments the Hollow side took over, and the difference it would have made. He was also just an Adhuja's instead of a Vasto Lorde, so thinking about the Ulquillora fight with this as well, what kind of form would have come instead, or would he have even needed to go into such a form at that period. This is all pretty crazy...
No matter what you want to say about the art style and general feel of Bleach Brave Souls, the amount of awesome art/content they provide the bleach community is amazing. They just released Bankai Shinji, and recently have shown Hikone as well as crazy kubo approved art like Hogyoku Ulquiorra, Segunda Etapa Nel, Harribel, and Grimmjow.
Is it weird that I imagine this thing the size of a teddy bear and then have the urge of to hug it while it contemplates life as it can't do much while being the size of a stuff animal? Is that weird I think that's weird.
@@holynovaentertainment5007 He didn't try and eat Ichigo's soul, just take over his soul because he didn't want to die because Ichigo was being a pansy. He has no problem playing horse if Ichigo is strong, but if Ichigo goes soft then Zangetsu will take over his soul and become King.
I'm glad that we're still getting new details coming out of bleach even though the manga has ended I am happy I found video, all that information, all that power, all that happened in the World of Bleach I'm not wrong to say that this sword is probably the most dangerous weapon ever created and Bleach.
It's highly interesting to see another Hollow Zanpakuto other than Ichigo's. But comparing how each was created is even more interesting in Ichigo's case is, it's blade was formed from his soul while with this one its blade was created artificially by the Zanpakuto blacksmith. One thing I should say would be an interesting topic would be to find Zanpakuto other than Ichigo's that were formed by their soul, instead of given a blank or hand me down Zanpakuto.
Hmm that makes me wonder. Is that where Aizen got the idea from to infuse a Shinigami/Quincy hybrit with a hollow ? I mean looking at it then Ichigos Hollow and thus real Bankai is the exact same thing just weaker because it didnt consume that much and was "created" like that. The only strengh Ichigos hollow has is his own and the strengh Ichigo collects by training. This hollow however works the other way around. It gives the wielder its power instead of using the wielder directly as catalysator. So Ikomikidomoe was what Aizen saw and wanted to make better.
I haven’t read the novels, but it seems to me like this was the first zanpakutou and maybe where the idea came from. Not sure how that guy became part of 0 squad if he didn’t invent it before, but eh. It’s a fun fact that ichigos hollow acted as a natural asauchi from his birth.
That Zero Squad is so fucking devious and dangerous. Heck they might be more sinister that 12th Squad. But I guess for the sake of "balance" of the three worlds.
Absolutely the most over-the-top and coolest zanpakto I had never heard of. It brings me so much joy to know that this series still has a active fanbase.
So Hikonai, had Tamed the sword, and merged with it, but it's owner, or her owner was, the soul Reaper, guy, who betrayed everyone, i wonder, if the destiny, was not her soul to be devoured, but actually, the evil bastard guy, now that would have been a interesting plot twist. After all, the gir'ls reitsu, had reached the soul king's level, and she was but a innocent child, i just think it would have been pretty cool is all.
So this might sound really dumb but I wish they (the kid) said Bankai followed by the hollows name then after that saying this is his resurrection idk why but I feel like that would be really cool cause it kinda makes it both Bankai and resurrection
20 seconds in, and on that intro: 'what if I told you, one of the most dangerous hollows is a zankpakutou' Well duh... not even knowing the novels. We also have White/Zangetsu, who is technically a Vasto Lorde experimented on by Aizen, got sealed into Masaki by Urahara with Isshin's powers and thus ended up as (one of) Ichigo's zanpakutou(s)

Currently I'm contemplating wether or not Aizen or I could use it. By me, I mean Kusajishi Yanii, the main my main OC. Not related to Yachiru, jusr grew up in same district. Only canon relative is Barragan, his uncle. His mother was a lower class noble shinigami, so got the natural born mix there... no Quincy/human part tho. On the zanpakutou before zanpakutou's part: I think they existed back than, just not widespread... only to the extent of Nimaya's experimental 'garage hobby', so like squad 0, and maybe Yama and 2-3 peeps not more.

Aizen is really powerful and I really adore him and his power but Ywach was a devastator , he was not only way op but had no regret or guilt like you can tell Aizen was really weakened once he started showing emotion, it was done. The battle was already decided. I don't know this is coming from my own perspective and I might be wrong but I believe Aizen wasn't truly evil I think he was more a neutral party that leaned evil because of the "greater good" but had some form of guilt and held back a lot but I don't see his character wanting to kill everybody like Ywach did. I don't know though.
Nimaiya didn't create zanpakuto, exactly. What he created was a way to imbue the zanpakuto's power into an actual weapon. What the Shinigami wielded were what Zangetsu was prior to Ichigo's visit to the palace-manifestations of their zanpakuto's power in the shape of a blade, inferior to Nimaiya's method. Did that make sense?
think the concept of shinigami was different aswell. Maybe oetsu and ichibe did have some type of zanpakuto. I mean ichibes "zanpakuto" is a brush. Maybe zanpakutos werent distributed
Zanpakutou existed but it wasnt a consistant thing. Oetsu made the asauchi. The blank slate where after pouring reatsu into the asauchi it would take its own shape to the owners soul. Oetsu was made a Royal guard by making the asauchi.
Besides Ikomikodomoe and Grimmjow, I wonder if there are more Vasto Level Adjucas, this makes me question what makes an hollow power limit vary. And after years of realization... isn't Ichigo Bankai also a Ressurection
Also its not really a plot question if you actually think about it right? Ichimonji predates the concept of zanpakuto doesn’t it? so you have a weapon that predates zanpakuto and as you said the creator of zanpakuto so its not a problem.
He did said that his sword was not a Zanpakuto It was his power, maybe it was a type of Asauchi but in its primal state, more raw, allowing the user to truthly use it at its fullest

Most likely the zampakto was made due to the hollow being to powerful to defeat this may have caused the zanpakto to be a necessary existance and was made on the spot then 1 was given to the leader of squad 0 to fight it being able to defeat such hollow caused them to be mass produced
I dont think he is older than Yamamoto. He created zanpakutos but the super ghosts that would become the organized shinigami already existed. Its not like Yamamoto was born later, he just adopted a new weapon technology when it became available. Plus its hinted bi Ichimonji that his own weapon predates zanpakutos so there mightve been some other kind of weapon before.

So in my mind both the gotei 13 and the zanpakuto must have been made not long after the Soul king was created even if novels say otherwise as it kinda fits, the soul king is made the world is split 3.? Ways and it wouldn’t be long before soul reapers where needed to maintain order and cycle souls to the place they need to be and of course they would need a tool to do this so the soul reapers (that used to be bandits and warlords) replaced their swords with the tool known as a zanpakuto. my guess is it would have all happened within a few years from soul king been made, Ichibe been charged with guarding him/it both to protect it and stop it from braking free, to the forming of the Gotie 13 probably with Ichibe approached Yamamoto with the offer, then the 13 becoming the 13 squads and taking on more duties and needing a tool to do that hence the creation of the first Zanpakuto’s, this would be before they encounter the Hollow that would get sealed away inside a zanpakuto. Sometimes you need to move the pieces around to get them to fit better yes it may not be exactly as the Author said it but we are all limited by out own experiences and points of view, some can think outside the box easier that others and sometimes an Author hears someone else’s take on what they came up with and likes it more than their own as suddenly their perspective is changed.

The fact that such a powerful hollow acknowledged and respected Baragan's power and rule lends even more support to him being the strongest of the espadas at the time despite being number 2. I also wonder if this was the monster that Yamamoto was referring to in the manga when telling the story to young Kyoraku. Also, people should let it rest- Ichibel is the strongest soul reaper- with only Ichigo and Aizen being above him in terms of power.
I actually agree with you that barragan is the strongest espada but the rank isn't about the abilities, it's about the amount of reiatsu ,but still barragn could beat them all Second, the monster that Yamamoto mentioned in the manga was himself when he was young and Savage the person who didn't care about his comrades and would destroy any thing and any one that stands in his face And finally , ichebei still the strongest shinighami. Aizen reached that power only because of the hogyoku , ichigo has a lot of power and still evolving because he only discovered his original power and didn't master it yet but in a Battle against monk ichebei they will lose. He is one of the oldest shinighamies , very strong , extremely fast ,wise , etc. He is a scary fighter that could beat the shit out of Bach who was able to retrieve his power again after erasing his name by monk ichebei , but ichigo and aizen can't do the same if monk ichebei erased their names . Bach only survived because of his almighty power but ichigo and aizen can't and it doesn't matter if aizen was immortal or not he won't die but still he will have no power except the name given to him by monk ichebei

I think there would be some potential in an alternative timeline where instead of being saved by Rukia, Ichigo happened upon the Ikomikidomoe by some stroke of luck(obviously Aizen. It's always Aizen) .

So. You brought up the plot holes like ichibe and nimaya having zanpakuto before zanpakuto. Ichibe's brush sword thing isnt a zanpakuto exactly. It existed before everything other than the soul king. Nimaya probably had a zanpakuto but didnt begin making them for everyone until they were needed after the fight
Or perhaps during this fight he learnt how to make Zanpakuto, which played a role in sealing Ikomikidomoe in a sword.

I was thinking the same thing. We don't know exactly when "zanpakto" were introduced but Ichibei named them ALL and Nimaya forged them ALL. so it's possible that the predecessor of the Zanpakto is closer to a fullbring or whatever "magic" already exists like kido or whatever, like seen in Burn The Witch which exists in the same universe. But that's a whole other story my brain hurts thinking about that one.

Just how zanpakuto didnt exist (around 2 or 3 centuries ago) mixed races wouldnt have happened due to tension at first with quincy + shinigami against hollows, and eventually quincy against shinigami. Its just how in the real world, mixed children are now becoming more common. CFYOW is revised and accepted by Kubo as canon.

Shinigami don't mess with hollows all that much, their main job is to keep their part of the afterlife safe, they didn't even have a clue how to get to hueco mundo before Aizen.
From the point of view of the assholes in the top, hollows eating each other was the solution, because they didn't really care about the souls within, only the balance, and stronger hollows don't eat people but do eat other hollows, so they didn't care.
There are only around 5000 shinigami in the world, to the entire world, and most can't take on mook hollow let alone a menos (because hollows are basically born with their shikai), shinigami don't care and if you lived in bleach, you will most likely end up a hollow or hollow's food upon death, which is ichigo back story, because all the ghosts he kept making friends with kept dying and leave the smell of fear (and giant blood stains) behind, and he was understandably depressed by it.
So yeh, being in bleach sucked, and even if you are very "lucky" to be found by a shinigami you are going to be a poor guy in ancient Japan, with one in four chances if going to a place as bad as hueco mundo.
The shinigami don't care for humans outside of keeping the balance.
Not only that, if you become a shinigami, you either die as a hollow consumes you or are forged into an asauchi and have your personality overwritten as you face another lifetime of grueling combat. If you are a captain, you get sent to hell after centuries of hard carrying Soul Society.
If you are a plus, you either get consumed by a hollow, get sent to be tortured in hell or get sent to the dystopia that is Soul Society.
If you are a hollow, you are constantly hunted and eventually drift into a desert wasteland where only cannibals survive and the process of becoming stronger can wipe your personality as you fight with thousands of tortured souls for control.
If you are a human, you are kept in ignorance and are everyone's victim. Trying to stand up to the cosmos as a quincy will get you massacred for trying.
Its why I feel Yhwach and Aizen were right to try to change the system, the cosmos of Bleach is miserable for everyone.

Also since they are a part of ichigo they also have that latent ability, you know where ichigo gets absurdly more powerful after a fight. This is literally unlimited potential, which means unlimited power. This is the sole reason yhwach deemed him the leader of the special war powers, latency. His zanpaktou is pretty broken considering the fact that yhwach had to instantly break it when ichigo said bankai. He did fight him with his bankai and instantly slashed him in half, but keep in mind that it was a ichigo in a weak state, yhwach also stole his powers after he broke it. Idk man but zangetu/white zangetsu seem pretty fucking powerful to me.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the pressure put on Mangaka to turn out work. It shows in quality. I'm totally fine getting one chapter per year if it slaps.
This is my OC, Hikone and he has a sword that is a monster that was sealed because he was powerful and he made tornadoes with his screams and he can give me a power boost when I call upon his full name but he has 3 stages of release each more powerful than the last and he's big giant and and his sword is a hollow but also an arrancar but more powerful than a Vasto Lorde and when it's released completely it turns Hikone into a super duper arrancar shinigami fusion that looks cool and kills everything.

This sword is OP and a great example of the TRUE nature of Zangetsu. It takes ten years to master a bankai and bankai change overtime like Yamamotp proved sp EOS Ichigo isnt even his stronger form just the beat he can do at this time. Ichigo is one of Shounens strongest.
Any time I'm worried about a fan-character I make potentially being overpowered, I just tune into lore videos such as this and I'm instantly reassured. Great work!
I mean there’s always a balancing act you have to do with characters but I wouldn’t worry so much about them being overpowered just as long is they are limitations that literally bring them down but most of the time between Joe Joe and bleach there’s no such thing as being too overpowered as long as the characters flushed out a lot or quite a bit to make it make sense why they’re just ridiculously strong

This is pretty fascinating, think about the Hollow side of Ichigo versus this, what would happen if Ichigo's Quincy blood met this zanpakuto. Then think about all the moments the Hollow side took over, and the difference it would have made. He was also just an Adhuja's instead of a Vasto Lorde, so thinking about the Ulquillora fight with this as well, what kind of form would have come instead, or would he have even needed to go into such a form at that period. This is all pretty crazy...
No matter what you want to say about the art style and general feel of Bleach Brave Souls, the amount of awesome art/content they provide the bleach community is amazing. They just released Bankai Shinji, and recently have shown Hikone as well as crazy kubo approved art like Hogyoku Ulquiorra, Segunda Etapa Nel, Harribel, and Grimmjow.
Would’ve been so cool to see it animated in the show... they need to bring the anime back!

It's highly interesting to see another Hollow Zanpakuto other than Ichigo's. But comparing how each was created is even more interesting in Ichigo's case is, it's blade was formed from his soul while with this one its blade was created artificially by the Zanpakuto blacksmith. One thing I should say would be an interesting topic would be to find Zanpakuto other than Ichigo's that were formed by their soul, instead of given a blank or hand me down Zanpakuto.

I mean looking at it then Ichigos Hollow and thus real Bankai is the exact same thing just weaker because it didnt consume that much and was "created" like that. The only strengh Ichigos hollow has is his own and the strengh Ichigo collects by training. This hollow however works the other way around. It gives the wielder its power instead of using the wielder directly as catalysator. So Ikomikidomoe was what Aizen saw and wanted to make better.

I haven’t read the novels, but it seems to me like this was the first zanpakutou and maybe where the idea came from. Not sure how that guy became part of 0 squad if he didn’t invent it before, but eh. It’s a fun fact that ichigos hollow acted as a natural asauchi from his birth.

Absolutely the most over-the-top and coolest zanpakto I had never heard of. It brings me so much joy to know that this series still has a active fanbase.

Only canon relative is Barragan, his uncle. His mother was a lower class noble shinigami, so got the natural born mix there... no Quincy/human part tho.
On the zanpakutou before zanpakutou's part: I think they existed back than, just not widespread... only to the extent of Nimaya's experimental 'garage hobby', so like squad 0, and maybe Yama and 2-3 peeps not more.

Aizen is really powerful and I really adore him and his power but Ywach was a devastator , he was not only way op but had no regret or guilt like you can tell Aizen was really weakened once he started showing emotion, it was done. The battle was already decided. I don't know this is coming from my own perspective and I might be wrong but I believe Aizen wasn't truly evil I think he was more a neutral party that leaned evil because of the "greater good" but had some form of guilt and held back a lot but I don't see his character wanting to kill everybody like Ywach did. I don't know though.
Nimaiya didn't create zanpakuto, exactly. What he created was a way to imbue the zanpakuto's power into an actual weapon. What the Shinigami wielded were what Zangetsu was prior to Ichigo's visit to the palace-manifestations of their zanpakuto's power in the shape of a blade, inferior to Nimaiya's method.

Zanpakutou existed but it wasnt a consistant thing. Oetsu made the asauchi. The blank slate where after pouring reatsu into the asauchi it would take its own shape to the owners soul. Oetsu was made a Royal guard by making the asauchi.

Most likely the zampakto was made due to the hollow being to powerful to defeat this may have caused the zanpakto to be a necessary existance and was made on the spot then 1 was given to the leader of squad 0 to fight it being able to defeat such hollow caused them to be mass produced

I dont think he is older than Yamamoto. He created zanpakutos but the super ghosts that would become the organized shinigami already existed. Its not like Yamamoto was born later, he just adopted a new weapon technology when it became available. Plus its hinted bi Ichimonji that his own weapon predates zanpakutos so there mightve been some other kind of weapon before.

@@ambuknight all this and we'll never know why hogyokus apparently hyper evolve arrancars, or the implication that because a hogyoku works on them at all that they are actually capable of this on their own if they trained long enough

So in my mind both the gotei 13 and the zanpakuto must have been made not long after the Soul king was created even if novels say otherwise as it kinda fits, the soul king is made the world is split 3.? Ways and it wouldn’t be long before soul reapers where needed to maintain order and cycle souls to the place they need to be and of course they would need a tool to do this so the soul reapers (that used to be bandits and warlords) replaced their swords with the tool known as a zanpakuto.
my guess is it would have all happened within a few years from soul king been made, Ichibe been charged with guarding him/it both to protect it and stop it from braking free, to the forming of the Gotie 13 probably with Ichibe approached Yamamoto with the offer, then the 13 becoming the 13 squads and taking on more duties and needing a tool to do that hence the creation of the first Zanpakuto’s, this would be before they encounter the Hollow that would get sealed away inside a zanpakuto.
Sometimes you need to move the pieces around to get them to fit better yes it may not be exactly as the Author said it but we are all limited by out own experiences and points of view, some can think outside the box easier that others and sometimes an Author hears someone else’s take on what they came up with and likes it more than their own as suddenly their perspective is changed.
Its a zanpaktou but has that hollow to poweful for Hueco Mundo or Soul society trapped in it..... Like the Protoje in Marvel

Maybe i missed it but as strong as kenny is and he still dodnt get any glory in tybw really sucks he should have at least took down one royal guard member unless im remembering it incorrectly how old was yama when they fought bc he beat ywach in the last so does that mean that ikomikidomoe could have beat yeach in the past???

The fact that such a powerful hollow acknowledged and respected Baragan's power and rule lends even more support to him being the strongest of the espadas at the time despite being number 2. I also wonder if this was the monster that Yamamoto was referring to in the manga when telling the story to young Kyoraku. Also, people should let it rest- Ichibel is the strongest soul reaper- with only Ichigo and Aizen being above him in terms of power.
I actually agree with you that barragan is the strongest espada but the rank isn't about the abilities, it's about the amount of reiatsu ,but still barragn could beat them all
Second, the monster that Yamamoto mentioned in the manga was himself when he was young and Savage the person who didn't care about his comrades and would destroy any thing and any one that stands in his face
And finally , ichebei still the strongest shinighami. Aizen reached that power only because of the hogyoku , ichigo has a lot of power and still evolving because he only discovered his original power and didn't master it yet but in a Battle against monk ichebei they will lose. He is one of the oldest shinighamies , very strong , extremely fast ,wise , etc. He is a scary fighter that could beat the shit out of Bach who was able to retrieve his power again after erasing his name by monk ichebei , but ichigo and aizen can't do the same if monk ichebei erased their names . Bach only survived because of his almighty power but ichigo and aizen can't and it doesn't matter if aizen was immortal or not he won't die but still he will have no power except the name given to him by monk ichebei
@@mahmoudabdullah165 we will never know unless we know exactly what Aizen's bankai looks like(if he has one) and just exactly is the power Ichigo's bankai wields before it was broken by The Almighty causing Ichigo to fight Ywhach with metaphorically a shard of his Bankai's power. If Ywhach feared Ichigo's bankai wnough to instantly shatter it with his Almighty. That has to be saying something.
@@chestertamayo1894 Actually aizen sword in a state higher than his bankai, aizen fused with his zanpaktou before he got sealed just like dangai ichigo . he doesn't need to use bankai he's already higher than bankai and he's immortal he just can't evolve any more .
And I know that ichigo's bankai is scary that Bach broke instantly and he didn't have much time to train with his true power and didn't master it yet , but monk ichebei already knows every thing about any thing in soul society , every zanpaktou and it's power , every kidou , he has brute strength, intelligent, wisdom, speed ,and he's

And Bach was a fool to even think that he can take him down without using his almighty power and ichebei wiped the floor with him the only thing that saved him that he was able to ragain his power and rewrite the name that ichebei gave him with his almighty power. But ichigo and aizen on the other hand can't do that it doesn't matter how much strong they are if they crossed swords their zanpaktou will lose half their power and if he used his bankai he rewrite their names like what he did with Bach and they will be useless . aizen still won't die but he can't do any thing even the 8th kenpatchi can overcome aizen's hypnosis , what about the soul king guard and one of the most ancient shinighamies in soul society and the he talked to Bach he told him don't think that you can say my name so casually and the one he's talking to is Bach . that's enough to understand that he's not a normal shinighami
