Simple and Easy Recipe for Coffee Lovers - Whipped Cream Coffee Flavor

You will need just 3 ingredients to make this fluffy cream - whipping or heavy cream, sugar powdered and instant coffee. Cream can be use on pie, cake, cupcakes and dessert topping - excellent is an combination with cherries and sour cherries - you can see it in my next video:-)
Ingredients:
Coffee flavor
• 250 ml whipping ( 30% to 36% milkfat )
or heavy (at least and more - 36% milkfat) cream
• 2 tbsp sugar powdered
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
Tips for perfectly whipped cream:
1) Start with chilled heavy cream
2) Use a large chilled metal bowl
3) Start to whisk at low speed and after while increase the speed gradually and beat until stiff peaks form.
4) Don't over-whip it! You’ll end up with butter!
