I was wondering what happened to you after I noticed that your IG was gone. I was looking for it because I wanted to thank you for all the resources you have provided. Just passed Step 3, and applying to the next cycle. Couldn't have done it without your videos breaking down the USMLE process. Thank you so much for all of that! I've been following this channel ever since I was in med school because the USMLE for me has always been the "big goal". I would rewatch your videos religiously during the pandemic. At some point right around the time I became a licensed MD in the ph I decided to pursue exams related to being a doctor in Europe. After that, I continued to watch your USMLE videos because that route became my "what if". I'm still headed towards the clinical path but I realized that it's actually ok if I didn't. It's ok to venture to any path that makes you happy. Even if it's entirely different from your peers. We all get to choose the joys and the struggles that is fit for the life we're building for ourselves.
Wow. First of all, thank you for sticking around! Second, your words are powerful and something I could not agree with more. It’s easy to label your path as “wrong” because it’s a complete 180 from what your colleagues and peers are doing. But ultimately, it’s about doing what makes you happy and finding someone you are passionate about, while still fulfilling your role as a doctor. Thank you so much. 🥹
