    I was recently retrenched and found it to be unfair so filled in a form and sent it to DRC and HR. Upon further investigation I realised that it could be related to an email I sent to Labour department end of June reporting the company for negligence in the workplace. We had may cases of COVID and no precautions were taking. This lead to the death of a colleague and a colleague who was infected also passed it on to his family which resulted in the death of his daughter. I already submitted forms and waiting feedback from DRC but would like to know if this a form of whistleblowing?

    I followed all the steps as per this video, however after clicking submit, I received this error
    UNAUTHORISED ACCESS
    Access Denied! Session Not Authorised To Access This Resource!
    I am not sure if that means I should apply for condonation instead.

    Are you not supposed to serve the document to your employer as well? Apparently you need proof that you have done this.

      A requirement is that the employee must place the employer in possession of a copy of the completed form.

      What if they dont want to sign it after you hand them a copy of the form?

      I believe it's the same as when they give you a warning or dismissal. Them not signing it doesn't render it invalid
