Ingredients 材料:
1) Egg yolk batter 蛋黄糊:
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 35g Veg. Oil (35克 植物油)
• 20g Milk (20克 牛奶)
• 70g Cake flour (70克 低筋面粉)
• 90g Banana (90克 香蕉)
• 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon (1/2茶匙肉桂粉)
2) Meringue 蛋白霜:
• 3 egg whites (3个蛋白)
• 55g Sugar (55克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice (1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁)

• 3/8 cup white chocolate chips

Is heavy cream and the cream with 35% fat that we buy from the supermarket are the same?

Heavy whipping cream has a milkfat content between 36 - 40 percent. If yours stated as 35% then it should be it. The safest way is to buy something that's labeled as "Heavy Whipping Cream". 😀
