Thank-you for this video. I am currently looking into buying one myself. Can you check the manual and make sure that you can use the steam mode with the cleaning products. Usually you can only use water for steam. Any of these products are probablely not safe to use in a steaming machine.
@@Foxy_Torino thank you for that. I just searched and couldn't find my manual. I'll have to try again or Try to find out online. But for sure I've been using the same solution every time so hopefully its ok. Lol.
Thank you so much for this amazing detailed review, i just have 1 question because i’ve been seeing some people complain about having residue after they turn it off, so they need to wipe it off, did you face this problem with it?
@@ayshaAlSumait So the only time I found I had residue was when I used it once and the little filter wasn't in. I rushed and didn't have it inserted. Eventually figured it out, inserted it and all was well. Also wondering, could it be that they are using too much cleaning solution? Its very tempting to add more.
Does it 'scrub' stains because of the steam? I have ceramic tiles and after a while even when i scrub manualy, the stains are so hard to get rid of! I don't want to buy 20 kinds of machines. (Also live in europe so we don't have as many choices for buying supplies like that)
@@saskiabreugelmans5342 yes I have the same kind of tiles and in one of my videos you can see baked on stains come out with the steam. Do you have Amazon available to you?
Hey I’m thinking of getting a high powered steam cleaner like this one. I have tile in my home and I don’t think the grout has ever been cleaned. I can tell my grout is dirty compared to some spots in the house that hasn’t gotten exposed. My question is does it clean grout as well. Maybe you can do a side by side of clean grout vs the dirty grout. Please and thank you sir. Your review will help me decide if I should spend the money on this item.
@@jae23iii71 hey thank you for your feedback. So for me, because of the indentation (lower level of grout) this isnt a solution for cleaning grout. The wife and I have already discussed having someone come in to clean our grout. I wouldn’t consider this a solution for grout.
Ok awesome thanks for your response. Overall it looks like a really good product and looks to be a step above your regular mop head without the hard labor as well.
I just purchased this product
@@SouthernGirl-ce7ws I think ya gonna love it. Please let me know.
Thank you so much for this and please explain the sign on this machine. Many thanks
You have steam, hard floors and rug.

(7:33) Skip to this point to bypass the noise. Spoiler: the guy still like his vac after a whopping four months of ownership. Shocker.
