Nothing worse than spending your entire wedding day hoisting the top of your sagging multi-thousand pound dress up your torso.

  • @terrynstasha

    The straps didnt just give structure to the bust its what held up and gave structure to all that lace around the back. There is nothing that will keep it in place now. You can see in one of the clips that the lace in the back is folded over and looks to be tucked into her armpit to hold it up. Its at about 9:19 while she is turning around you see it in the mirror reflection. She so screwed up that dress. 🤦🏼‍♀️

    The first bride has such a wonderful, positive energy and she looked stunning in the dress that she chose. 💗 Her son was so sweet and supportive as well. And imo, I preferred the dress with the straps because it added a unique extra element to the dress, but as long as she is happy, that is all that matters. 💞

    5:37 "it hugs every part of my body but not in a vulgar way" that's such a good way to word it. I think a lot of people similarly want a nice, figure-flattering silhouette but it doesn't get well communicated and is misconstrued as "I want super sexy and lots of skin".

  • @Captain_Nightwing
    @Captain_Nightwing 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

    If she didnt want the straps a seamstress should have been brought in during the original visit to see if this was something that can be done before she chose the dress. She's lucky that it worked, because some dresses it would not have worked for. But then again scripted TV "drama" is also another reason from this as well.

    I love the first brides personality and she's a stunning bride!
    For the second bride, I hope her dress has enough structure to stay up without the straps, as it wasn't originally constructed with the boning and stuff that usually holds up strapless dresses...
    I don't understand why they are always showing brides with a small budged over-budget dresses and then there's a bride with a bigger budget and they show her the same 1700 dress they show everyone .. of course even with an infinite budget you can find a "cheap" dress that is more beautiful than all the others, but still

      Dresses with straps don't have the inner support that strapless dresses have. They aren't designed to hold everything up like the strapless ones do. This bride, on her "special day" now may have a clothing malfunction when she is dancing or even walking. That will really be memorable.
      Considering most dresses are designed to be strapless, she could have bought one of those. IDK why she bought a dress with strap when she wanted a strapless one.
