We sold a MF 165 one time that hadn't been much of a tractor, bought an old Farmall Super M for $900 put a three point hitch conversion on it and bought an old front end loader, And ran that thing for 12 yrs with hardly any problems! One set of brakes, one battery, did do a inframe re ring and cyl head / valve work over after about 7-8 years! But the point is, These old tractors will last and last! And a 12 year old can work on one! Fine looking Super C you got there!!
They're few and far between these days. When I saw this one on 2-point, I bought it immediately. Then completely disassembled it, chipped all the old hard clay out of the bearings/boxings, painted it, and she's good to go!
I used them to plow out the 2021 stubble and make new rows. I'll upload a video of the middle busting/plowing/bedding. I just didn't remove them from the tractor because it's not the easiest thing to do.
Wonderful stack music there to the well-tuned old super c! She sounds good!

Thanks! Agree with all your points. A testament to how well they were built back then, and without computers!
Excellent
Nice looking furrow plows.
Thanks 👍
I would love to find a set-up like that!

What is the purpose of the niddle busters in front of the rear tires ??

You sell the super with middle buster and hillers ??
No, not selling. It's perfect for my small operation. Love the old Farmalls and fast hitches.
That’s one sweet ride you got there. What did you plant?
Hi Amber. Corn and milo
Nice old Farmall! You got her running good and doing a fine job. The ole girl fits in those bedded rows just right. What did you plant there?
Thanks! Planted corn and milo. I uploaded a video with the same Super C and John Deere Model 18 planter
Now those are what you call raised beds. RED POWER IN 1953...RED POWER NOW!
