My spring rod appears to either be "stuck" (the pins do not move in under considerable pressure), or it is not a spring, but rather a fixed rod. Is this possible? I don't want to break it or bend it. Thoughts? The watch band in question is: smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FA6FZAE

Maybe you can just bought any used watch of the same model and take the buckle. It might be junk watch thats very cheap
