3 years later update? How is everything with the van...any issues with axel wrapping or drivetrain?

@@CHICOandtheVAN Not that I know of. I’ve since sold the van and we built out a Jeep for travel/camping. Van always ran great and hopefully still is.

Any particular reason you mounted the lip face down and not face up to hold the tank from sliding forward and back?

So that is how a wanted to mount it originally but because of where I could connect it to the van I had to put them the way I have it. And actually it worked out really well and there is no issues with the tank trying to slide back and forth. Thanks for watching.

For the electric valve you used, does it use power even when the switch is turned off? Just trying to figure out the reverse polarity vs auto return version

No it doesn’t use power when the switch is off. It stays closed until the power is turned on via the switch.

How did you cut out the 1-1/2 access, hole saw or step drill?

I just used a utility knife to cut out the plug that is inside the 1-1/2” access. - K
