I've got the T9 pro and put a matched pair of 5654w tubes in it, the difference was definitely an upgrade. The sound stage opens up nicely and I have no complaints.

@@chrisgainesuk1974 I was sceptical that they'd make a difference and if they were original and not fakes, but to be honest they do make a difference and I don't care if they are fake or not.
I've switched them back and forth with the OEMs and these seem to extend the mids and highs where as the OEMs seem more compressed.

Did you notice that the power adaptor is 96W, while they claim 2x100 W output power? :) In fact, the real output is about 25 W per channel. Still great (ppl usually struggle with log scale) but... I know "more stuff" sells. But... you know. Lying about one obvious thing rises questions about everything else.
