Agree 100%. It ties in nicely with a "fasting" mentality. Retention... The art of "nothing doing" gives power and promotes discipline. Dopamine detox. Also things taste sweeter afterwards... Sometimes i let my bike sit in the garage for say a month.... The ride afterwards just feels so good. Its like you appreciate it more....
