I'm glad I Iistened to the end of this interesting interview to hear that you are getting help and advice from the amazing people of Sheffield. Community direct action, protest, publicity, commitment to the cause by ordinary people, and importantly, legal challenges finally stopped the scandalous tree-felling that went on in Sheffield. The fact that the Wellingborough trees have preservation orders on them makes this all the more shocking. (I was born and grew up in Wellingborough and live in Sheffield). Keep fighting and don't give up!
Hi purple it's Wes, the Very first planning meeting with the borough council was march 2003 at swanspool as I went to the meeting. The planned route 2 only went from Stanton cross to Senwick road and come out where the river Nene on that sharp bend
