For something similar, I cannot recommend the MAC- “Hyper Real Glow pallet” more! It’s so pretty, I personally have the one with the silver writing on the packaging. It has white, pink, and gold. And the white is similar to that but iridescent! I didn’t know they tested on animals D: Not buying from them anymore ig

Some water also helps really pack the pigment on. I used to have these super shiny eye shadows that would go to day to night as they called it and you would use a brush with some water that would make it pop like this
It will look grey. The only reason it doesn’t look grey on her is because it’s filtered. In person I would bet every single dollar I have there’s a textured streak of grey powder on her face. If you want something like the video try fenty beauty’s “how many carats” highlighter.
