    When Lou first started, she was carrying not only the weight of her physical body but also the emotional burdens of anxiety and depression. Health problems and surgeries left her bedridden and further compounded her weight gain. The lockdowns that followed only deepened her struggles, and she felt trapped in a cycle of poor health, both physically and mentally.

Since graduating from Double Digits coaching, she has nearly finished a 20-week challenge at her gym, achieved her goal of climbing Roy’s Peak, and even became a volunteer ambulance worker. She started journaling, tracking her daily wins and setbacks, and making adjustments where needed. This approach helped her develop the habits necessary to sustain her weight loss and improve her overall well-being.
