I agree with the stability of the entire body from head to feet. This is very true of the Korean form. This is where I have a problem with the Ksl form. There is soo much movement of the upper body until anchor. I know Brady makes it work, but I see that this would be hard to achieve unless you shoot 10s of thousands of arrows. Verses the Korean form, the upper body rotation is completed early in the shot process this allows for a very still body through the majority of the shot cycle.

When you mention you saw a Korean shooting with both his feet standing together, what's the point of shooting like that instead of feet shoulders width apart?

Never mind all that. Who’s the Korean team member shooting with a Hoyt Super Pro rest? (visible in the foreground)

This video was timely. The observation on body stability was very good. When you showed the Korean team, I was surprised at how stable their lower bodies were. I think I can make improvements in this area, but I may have to up my fitness for better lower body stability. I know you are referring to full body stability, but I think I can start with my lower body when drawing, coming to anchor, aiming and executing. I am grateful for your free advice online and I will try to always like your videos and leave a comment. One thing I wonder is about Brady Ellison and his range of motion. I have heard other archers remark about his range of motion being really good, and that is a real asset to his shot. Do you have any videos on range of motion, and do you have any thoughts on Ellison's range of motion? Thanks again for great content.

And here I thought it was elbow stability 🤦🏻‍♀️ Body stability and posture make sense for compound archer as well. Thank your video.

It’s called “ Personal Style “ they all execute according to their personal feel, and what feels comfortable, and efficient “ For Them “. Perhaps if we can steer away from archers whose style, and form can influence young archers. It would be more advantageous for them to find out their own within the perameters of the basic form, and build from there. Many archers, as well as coaches “ Try “ to closely emulate pro archers / Olympic to “ copy “ their technique. I always instill to my students the rule of K.I.S.S. ( Keep It Simple Silly ) no matter how ya slice it, the ultimate goal in archery is to put arrow “ On Target “ and not be so critical on other archers techniques. Only the Individual Archer will soon enough find their own individual style / technique 😇😎🙏🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹👍
