Krups Evidence ECO stuck in rinse cleaning (aka 18 minutes of cleaning)

Issue description:
This coffee machine lasts about month and then it stuck into rinse/cleaning mode. Unable to
make any coffee.
Sent to warranty service, from there it came back without issue recognized and with the recommendation that it is necessary to follow the operator's manual.
After returning back the cleaning cycle was completed so I guess they did some sort of reset. As soon as I pressed the Espresso coffee it immediately threw it into cleaning mode and was stuck again as shown in the video.
I'm uploading this video so the Techs can see how this issue manifest itself when they will gonna service a second time.

Also me, i have the same problem. I will try to clean, and to check about leaking.

are you able to find the solution? I did cleaning myself but it gets stuck in the cleaning, constantly asking me to fill the water tank and keeps telling it when it is empty. Tried to plug it off, could not reset.

Update: descaling didnt help. sent to service and they fixed it. there was some component broken and they replaced it. not sure which one

Under the water tank.. clean it it have dont be wet it thinks it is always water in the tank
