@@silentcrow6334 Physically-wise and looks-wise the Rock is fantastic for Black Adam, even before the film was made he was already fan favorite for the casting. And Black Adam is already an anti-hero in the comics version.
Problem is the movie has a different, bland meaning of "anti-hero" than the comics (he kills his enemies) which is a drop in the bucket of the things he is known for (ie. genocide).
And then they put Justice Society in the film then focused on that kid and the mom instead of just fleshing out Black Adam, did Hollywood forget about Spiderman 3?
And then desperately made it more Justice League/DC related than Shazam-verse which made Shazam like the odd man out fighting villains nobody cares about like in Shazam 2 instead of the awaited Shazam vs Black Adam.
Oh and yeah the Rock sucks in acting, but he's way more lethargic in this film than he usually is.

By chance it does, it often so force and hammer in, you can tell it lacking in quality.
Forgetting a good character, is meant to be more than just a single trait. Meant to be a collection of traits. However Snot Lives Matter so the snot monster doesn't end up being blown out the airlock. The Doctor then uses the methane collecting in the hold to literally fart the space station to a better place.

From children's programming to movies, things that once were only aired on channels like Cinemax, are now ok for mainstream. Bring back morals, integrity, and common sense. Entertainment is for escaping the real world for a bit and for the love of all things good, stop shoving Adult issues onto our children. From a British perspective, the 2 episodes of Dr Why were followed by the Eurovision Song Contest. To represent the UK, the BBC sent a gay singer, simulating sex with a bunch of guys in a dirty locker room (no joke). For context, ESC is considered a family show and is broadcast worldwide. It gets similar audience figures to the Super Bowl, and the BBC scored zero points this year from the 180 million viewers. 👏🤣🇬🇧

Immediately after that, 180m worldwide tuned in to watch the Eurovision and decided between them, that the song the BBC selected and had been championing for the last few months, wasn't worth a single point. Maybe people didn't enjoy seeing men cottaging in the family entertainment show? 🤯

This is the FIRST TIME they've reported the overnight ratings WITHOUT adding the iPlayer views. I bet they're buying more time to allow additional views over the week before adding them on so they can bump the numbers and make it look more successful than it is. We've seen them shift the goalposts time and time again. It's opaque at this point. And, when I filed a FOI request for the iPlayer numbers for the specials, I was refused.

@@davidjhitchcock Well from what I saw on Saturday most people were outside in gardens, on day trips at the beach / river etc. They were still outside in gardens when the Song contest came on. I can only think that some of these, the really sad ones decided to go inside and watch a load of gay camp trans people singing badly, rather than sit out enjoying the evening. Which also makes you wonder if they like gay / camp and trans so much why did they not watch Doctor Who? Not only that but the first one got 2.6 million and the second 2.4 million. So 200,000 people did not watch the second episode. It did not increase in views as people switched on for EuroCrapovision. The whole thing is more than a bit strange and telling. People were indeed outside and the weather did draw people away, but they came back for the singing, so all you can assume is...Doctor Who was that bad it drove people away and was a total fail. It was getting dark and the night was drawing in when the singing started so maybe some people just decided to call it a day, go in and turn the tv on....and watch any old crap and that was Eurovision. I know my neighbours around me do and did exactly that. I did not get in myself till it was dusk, then I was pottering with the car in the garage, went in for a cup of tea and watched Miami Vice then Clarksons Farm, that was my night.
