    Pineapple Trifle:
    Ingredients for custard:
    Milk 1 liter
    Sugar ½ cup
    Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
    Pineapple puree 1 cup
    Condensed milk 4 tbsp
    Cream ½ cup
    For pineapple layer:
    Pineapple cubes 1 cup
    Pineapple jelly 1 packet
    Ingredients for butterscotch sauce:
    Butter 2 oz
    Brown sugar ½ cup
    Cream ½ cup
    Butterscotch essence few drops
    Method:
    First prepare custard and let it cool down. Then add 4 tbsp condensed milk, 1 cup pineapple puree and ½ cup cream in custard and let it cook in pan for butterscotch until it gets thick then remove and cool down.
    For assembling add custard in dessert bowl as first layer. Then add layer of 1 cup pineapple chunks. Now add butterscotch sauce then cover it with pineapple chunks. Again repeat the layer cool completely and serve.
    Mini Nuggets Burger:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken Nuggets 6
    Mini Burger Buns 6
    Spreadable Butter as required
    Lettuce Leaves as required
    Cucumber Slices as required
    Tomatoes Slices as required
    Method:
    Fry nuggets, heat buns, spread with spreadable butter. Put lettuce leaf, nugget, cover with slice of cucumber and tomato, cover with bun, serve with lots of fries.
    Makhni Chicken Karahi:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken karahi cut ½ kg
    Oil ½ cup
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Sliced ginger 4 tbsp
    Green chilies 8
    Sliced tomato 1 big
    Sliced onion 1 big
    Butter 3 tbsp
    Chopped coriander 4 tbsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Cream 1 packet
    Method:
    Heat oil and fry chicken for 10 to 12 minutes. Then remove and fry sliced onion, ginger and garlic in same oil. Now add cumin seeds, crushed coriander, turmeric, red chili powder and sliced tomato and let it cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Then add chicken, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Now add cream, green chilies, ginger, butter, chopped coriander and cook for 2 minutes then serve.

    Where is the cake part in the recipe of pineapple soufflé ?
    And there is no layering in the dessert. Please reply thank you

    Butterscotch sauce:
    Butter
    Brown sugar
    Cream
    Mix and put In pan on low flame. Let it cook and caramelize.
    Prepare vanilla custard per packet instructions
    Puree some canned pineapples
    Keep pineapple chunks aside, drain the juice
