    Gujrati Dahi Baray:
    Ingredients:
    Split green gram 1 ½ cup
    Salt to taste
    Oil for frying
    Yogurt 1 kg
    Tamarind sweet chutney as required
    Coconut (grinded) 2 tbsp
    Fresh coriander ½ bunch
    Red chili 1 tsp
    Chaat masala 1 tbsp
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    For Tempering:
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Mustard 1 tbsp
    Bay leaves 2
    Method:
    Chapli Paratha Roll:
    Ingredients:
    Beef chapli kabab 1 cup
    Frozen parathas 8
    Oil ½ cup
    For Green Chutney:
    Fresh coriander ½ bunch
    Fresh mint ½ bunch
    Green chilies 4
    Tamarind paste ½ cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Tomatoes (sliced) 2 large
    Onions (sliced) 2 medium
    Method:
    In a pan fry beef chapli kabab from both sides and set aside. Then fry parathas from both sides on medium heat for about 4-6 minutes. Set aside. Now in a blender add fresh coriander, fresh mint, green chilies, tamarind paste, salt along with 1 cup water. Blend well and set aside. Then on parathas add green chutney, place kabab, sliced tomatoes and sliced onions. Roll it and serve hot.
