While slightly critical at first, thank you for uploading these interviews. For the amateur film buffs over the age of fifty, these have been a delight, especially this Summer which most of us are spending at home and looking for ways to entertain ourselves. Thank you again. While this was not a great film, I’m proud of Signorney, for it could be said she was the first woman to have her name before the title in a film franchise.
Yes, a lot of the fandom did not like it because this was not the Ripley they knew… this Ripley was colder, but then as the movie moves on, she begins to become like that of the original and the real Ripley… but still a clone who has attributes that totally distances away from the real Ellen Ripley… still, it is Ripley, and this was supposed to be the last we will be seeing her, as her story comes to a close, as a stranger in a familiar world.
These archives lose something when she got a second camera and there was no more need to shoot al the reverse shots at the end. She’s much more relaxed of course which is good, but the surrealness of shooting all the reverse shots at once at the end, with the actor just uncomfortably sitting there, was fascinating to see.
LOL, Bobbie couldn't even pretend to like the movie at the beginning. At the start of the second clip, Sigourney can't remember the name Wookiee correctly.
So sweet. I just watched some of Paulette Goddard's videos. And her pictures. Girly, young, bright, amazing. And I kept feeling nauseous. Duality in Paulette. Dual nature. Not exactly comforting. Sigourney keeps looking like a jasper snake here. But her eyes are always straight, honest, honest. Open honest cat eyes, free of falsehood. The eyes of a sweet child. I love, whorship so much. She's so straightforward. She's adorable. Good girl.
I ruined the day. It burns my eyes. I read that it is a characteristic of some eyes that they suddenly light up. Ever since I admired Sigourney. And didn't I notice the narrowing of her eyes until now? Shines as they say: the sun shines through the clouds. I have loved the sun ever since. Made peace with the day. This was also given by Sigourney's mysterious power. Eternal May and June. Sigourney is blooming spring and summer.
I found these treasures in an old garbage dump: Heavenly spark Holy joy, come to us dear guest, shine on us in a flood of light. Light up the flame of the heavenly spark, Holy joy, dear beauty. Into your magic circle, daughter of heaven, our intoxicated heart longingly enters. I found it by accident among the laughters of crested goethe. And I couldn't describe Sigourney more faithfully.
Ócska szemétdombon bukkantam e kincsekre: "Égi szikra Szent öröm, térj be hozzánk drága vendég, tündökölj ránk fényözön. ❤️gyúlj ki, égi szikra lángja, Szent öröm te drága szép. @@AussoOnePlus I'm a huge fan of Resurrection and 3 so im not mad. Imo Aliens as a so called 'combat movie' is literally 100% A-OK absolutely fine!! Alien is about the fear of the unknown and Alies is about facing that fear. I get that people think of Alien as being about 'cosmic horror' when... it kinda isn't? It's about the fear of the unknown YES but it's also just as much about big business crushing people under the boot of profit. Aliens reiterates that fear and I think James Cameron as bad and lame as he is sometimes, utterly stepped up to the task of making an Alien sequel. It literally couldn't have gone any better: from casting, to tone to narrative arc and scripting and the overall collaberative effort it's absolutely timeless and imo stands up to scrutiny from the persepctive of time passed. It's not a combat movie, it's a movie about family and I don't think embracing schlocky action moments is a bad thing if it can TRULY feel earned and Aliens 100% earns its stripes. lol Sorry for the rant but I love Alien franchise discourse xD
She is an anomaly in Hollywood. Married in '84 and still going, humble, intelligent, stable.

Happy Birthday. All the best and all the best. Satisfaction, security, joy, love to the angel who landed on earth.

She looks almost exactly like her character from Working Girl
Jim Carey in Alien 5 would have been great.
Best underwater alien scene 🎬 you will ever see
