🙏 Jai Guruji! always a pleasue to hear you! Whatever gender the person identifies, when they need a doctor, their gender at birth, and the present body and brain, will determine what treatment they recieve. In India I don't think that women have their breats removed, or given hormone replacement ,or a male tries to have a fake female genital made for them surgically...also, I don't believe ( but I don't know for certain) children are encouraged to switch genders, nor do I think "sex change surgeries' were performed. 🙏
