I don't think that she's on drugs..I think she knows exactly what she's doing. She's bored with the interview and not taking it seriously, so she is taking advantage of the interviewer's passivity by filling the space with babble in order to entertain herself and not let the interviewer embarass themself with stupid questions.
she is such an amazing woman! i love her punk rockness, it's something i go for! she's been through hell and back so she is bound to still have some rough patches, and all she deserves is happiness!
