    I just have a question, how often do you do these high calories challenge? I am trying to cut, and I find out that a high calorie day now and then really helps me "boosting" my fat loss.. I find it funny, was just curious about your frequency? Thanks!

      Hey! That's some what called a refeed day in fitness terms but a higher calorie day when you cutting does show benefits when cutting! As for me I tend to do them once or once every two weeks but there's huge ones I don't do very often , thanks for watching :)

    Someone has probably already asked you this before, but do you do anything to prepare for these challenges (like eat less/super healthy, exercise a ton, etc) and do you do anything after them or do you just go back to eating normally? I'm just curious!

      Typically don't do anything before but after I'll go in a slight deficit(eat a little less or go for a run on top of my usual lifting) nothing crazy

    I know you've talked about it before, but how much weight will you gain if you have a cheat day, and then go back to eating maintenance calories for the rest of the week? By the way congrats on 1500 subs and your videos are awesome :), keep it up.

      Thanks so much for the support:)! But after one of these specific full day food challenge days, I'll typically go in a deficit , gain about 10 pounds but only a pound of two of real weight( the other weight is mostly the food and water) but after a day of not tracking ( I don't even call it a cheat day) I'll usually just be up a lb or 2 from water weight but nothing serious

      This was a few week s ago, I'm at like 130-135 depending on the day, fluctuate around there, and it took me a good 8-10 hours of editing to make it fit lol. But I'm glad you enjoyed!! Not sure what I'm gonna do next😋

      Hey! Not stupid at all! A lot of people ask this but I basically just go in a deficit for a few days well that may be through going for a jog or bike ride or eating a little less! Just try to stay active and if I go up a few pounds who cares!
