I hope u had a Merry Christmas and I hope santa was good 2 u hehe…👍🏻💪🏻👊🏻🤘🏻✌🏻
Glad you enjoyed the video. I def will start some hikes on the riverways of Missouri. I bought a waterproof map and have many hikin' style plans like we done in this one so I can hike and camp
When I see old farmyards with houses and barns etc reminds me how those “pioneers” were jack of all trades. Had to do everything on their own. Awesome scenery and well done capturing it all on camera!
Very relaxing place to be almost thought this video wasn't going to put up lol did you like you guys where going to find away out. Sure happy it ended well great video truly enjoyed the whole video no fast forward ever.
At the end of the video, and i gotta say thanks for bringing me along with you guys.. I always send your video to all my friends. They both tell me they will watch them when they can. It's good i didn't go with you guys. I would've probably forgotten to go back and get my gear after leaving it to go explore the river. Look forward to the next video.
Hi Brandon I hope you have an amazing Christmas ⛄🎄 thanks for all the content you put out this year. Looking forward to seeing what in store for next year Merry Christmas Bud
When I was 16 I jumped off a cliff into the water and 3 foot down a rock hit the crack of my azz then got chased 2 hours by a helicopter. Those were the days, fun times lol
I already have 2 channels and post 4 times a week plus a live. I appreciate it but no more room for any more channels or work. Most TH-camrs can't post but 1 video a week and I edit all my videos. Lotssss of work indeed
Man, that place is beautiful Brandon you should take me camping. I’ll pay for all the food maybe like in the spring time it’ll be awesome. That was so pretty by the river there.
Awesome hike and scenery 😊 lol I was waiting to see if you were going to slip. Hopefully 1 day I might get to go there too. 6 weeks in the hospital know and I’ve lost 73 pounds so far. I’ve been posting on my channel for being here. I’m so glad you guys had a great time 😊 stay safe in all adventures 😊 definitely want to see more hiking videos 😊
Great video Brandon, enjoyed the scenery. I am not sure but what you called a spice pack might be desiccant used to absorb moisture from the contents 😮
I pulled this up on the internet if you wanted to read onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1467-8306.1969.tb00668.x But to sum all that up and not have to read here is a bit "The word "Ozark" derives from the corrupted French "aux-arcs," a shortened form of a term probably meaning "to [or toward] Arkansas Post" or referring to the area where the Arkansas (Quapaw) Indians resided near this early French post in the Arkansas River delta."
Brandon. Please please please do not judge our beautiful BNR on what you experienced shown in these videos. First. true Locals know the upper Buffalo is dry and nasty like that in September. Second, you should have been in the middle or lower Buffalo. Third... Gilbert turn off past St Joe on 65 south has Ferguson's country store where the food is 100 times better than the Ozark Cafe. This will also get you close the Tyler Bend . Other locations are Buffalo Point. Many hiking trails there. The old abandoned mining town of Rush. Lots of structures and trails to explore. You can also tent camp at Rush and you are usually alone of just a couple others. And last, the tiny frogs that could fit on a dime... you were too late in the "summer" to truly see her beauty. Hope you go again! mid June thru July is my favorite time.
Don't judge by what you see in the video?, that would be called proof lmao. We went to hike and camp, that was the purpose and we done that. There are millions of hikin' trails in the US and I just go to some that are close to where I am on a trip. Too much drivin' is lost time videoin'. Many attractions in the US and only so much time. I go hikin' when I am available lol, I have 2 YT channels and very busy as well buildin'; a camper at the same time, I do not have the luxury on stoppin' many thangs to go at a certain time of the year, I have to go when I go. In the video we did mention the best times to go but I do thank you for watchin' the video. PS I am unclear why you type summer with the " " around them, that is odd lmao Merry Christmas
I apologize. I didn't mean to make you feel as through I attacked your video. I enjoy your videos. You make me laugh, when honestly I have nothing to laugh about these days. I just feel you were cheated on your experience by being taken to the upper Buffalo at that time of year. I know you only have certain times and places you can go and I look forward to each new adventure. I just hope you are able to return and see not smell...lol, her beauty.
2 minutes into the video, and i just made a small observation. You hung your food way high up in the tree in case of bears, im guessing. Yet you have your hammock real close to the ground with you in it. Are you trying to give the bear an easier meal or what? I've been watching your other channel and i know how fast you can eat. Im guessing that bear can make pretty short work eating you just as well. Just a thought. There is a slight chance he might see the funky shoes you wear and leave you alone, but i wouldn't count on it. Anyway. On to the rest of the video.
It is not just for bears, there are not that many bears in that area but 5000 black bears in all of Arkansas but the biggest probs are opossums and racoons. Most bears aren't tryin' to eat humans they are tryin' to eat smelly foods, they know the difference. Have you ever saw any hikin' videos where they sleep near bears? Lmao, it would be funny to see any of them 30 feet in the air in a hammock. That would not be very bright, you wake up to go pee and forget you are 30 feet up.
@OutdoorsUnsupervised LOL! 🤣 After watching the rest of the video, I understood that you did what the real woodsman claim you should always do in bear territory. Bring a friend that you can outrun. At some point, while running from a bear and you might have to cross a stream. Your buddy would be a bear snack.

I fell one time on river rock and fractured my tail bone. I couldn’t sit down for 2 months, man was that painful. Glad you didn’t fall on it.

If you had a page of just your cooking I would follow that too. Happy holidays

Yes I am aware of that, I do that in every video I cook with one of those packs
😂😂😂
This was a fantastic video May I ask why they became the name the Ozark ? I’m not familiar with it? The place as well
I am not sure why but the area is beautiful just looooots of windin' roads, LOTS. Wishin' y'all a fabulous 2025!!!

What did you think about them Arkansas ticks?
I didn't see any I do not believe
Lucky, I have been infested there more than once, bad luck I guess 😢
Buy Sawyer Permethrin and spray your clothing, shoes, and backpack. A little tick won't stop real explorers like us😂.@@godwick8769
