Those who know the depth of Quantum Physics could recognize the importance of the movie, almost every Nobel Physicist were included in the movie which is surprising and delightful at the same time, even Political figures were introduced at the most accurate time of the movie. It's a Masterpiece you can't deny.
I was reciting with oppenheimer while he was teaching light being both particle and wave to this first student in QUANTUM physics lecture...and seeing Werner Heisenberg, and Richard Fennymannn was a Blessing for me...I felt the only cameo the film missed was of Glenn T Seaborg..needed to see more of University of Berkely
Yes, but still it focused 90% of the content on political aspects and relationships of oppenhimer, The technical part that I wanted to see is just a tiny part of it that you can watch in a 3 min yt video. I am a huge admirer of Nolan's film arguably the only filmmaker who can make a highly technical movie with great accuracy and still be entertaining but this time I felt a little disappointed maybe if it had included a little more scenes that actually showed the discussions between the scientists about their work I would have loved it more, btw it's my POV I know this was meant to show many aspects of oppenhimer's life.

He gave the power of Fire from (greek) God's to the Humans, For which he was Tortured for Eternity. The movie was never meant to be Scientific or showing critical thinking. I don't even know how to describe the emotions I felt during that movie, it was terror, amazement, shock, and sadness all mixed together . The trinity test ,the countdown , the way it made my heart race and drop was insane and the silence was so loud. i was mesmerized the entire 3 hours .Ending scene with Einstein was the most powerful scene ever. the end convo between oppenheimer and einstein got me reconsidering everything. I got chills, I started silently crying, the wonder the amazement the fascination I felt it was everything. There’s 3 scenes, the countdown, the speech and the ending, they will stay with me forever. The ending scene had me questioning life and the possible path humanity has embarked upon. It made me realize how easily the world could be destroyed . Best movie ever made in the history of mankind .

All the actors did a great job but Cillian was something else the way he expressed all the emotions and dilemma through His Acting and Expression was amazing he truly showed how Oppenheimer felt on his journey to create Atomic Bomb ..

Bro you literally sat 2 rows above me in Oppenheimer IMAX,i got to know this when i saw me and my friends in your story lol. I didn't approach you during the movie interval (it's more important) and thought to meet you up after the movie ends, but just right after the credits started, you disappeared. Although i tried to find you at the exit and other places, it is going to be my regret, unable to meet you even after such a small distance. My friends and I literally started a mission to find PJ lmao... Anyways next time if you come (maybe for dune) lets see if i will get the chance
Honestly speaking, this movie is good. Acting, dialogue, screenplay specially storytelling... But one major thing missed here the explosion of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, If they would have shown in this movie then people would connect to all dialogues and conversation scenes... Specially people could connect with Oppenheimer's regrets if they would have shown in this movie... This is major drawback of this movie, people can't connect to conversation if you don't show them the consequences of those conversations.

Just like pj bro explained, the true horror in a scene is not in its result but rather in its anticipation. If they had shown the two original bombings, it sure would have made people connect, but it won't be as breath taking or terrifying as the trinity test explosion.
Movie is good first 1 hour is bit boring but then it gets interesting but I saw people even booked tickets of 2500 rupee to watch it in theaters but honestly I don't think it worth. Its a 3 hour loooooong DRAMA!! many people who saw videos or read trials of oppenheimer would understand some but for others its a pain. They should have reduced the run time. It's NOT WORTH watching it on a big screen. Any screen with decent audio would do. Even though this movie is about oppenheimer they campaigned about the explosion/atom bomb a lot!! And the actual explosion was a joke!! I was waiting for it excited and thrilled for that moment but it was very disappointing. The prior tests were better in the movie. How sound travels later and all after the explosion was good but their campaign was misleading. If they would have said its going to be 3 hour pure drama, everyone would have been prepared. Coming to Drama. The switch between timelines is good but confusing at times. The performances were great. RDJ's performance as an egoistical man Lewis Strauss was awesome. Cillian's performance was good too. But at the end you are going to feel the length of the movie while watching so be prepared

This masterpiece i watched again on ott, enhance the experience
Its a 3 hour loooooong DRAMA!! many people who saw videos or read trials of oppenheimer would understand some but for others its a pain. They should have reduced the run time. It's NOT WORTH watching it on a big screen. Any screen with decent audio would do. Even though this movie is about oppenheimer they campaigned about the explosion/atom bomb a lot!! And the actual explosion was a joke!! I was waiting for it excited and thrilled for that moment but it was very disappointing. The prior tests were better in the movie. How sound travels later and all after the explosion was good but their campaign was misleading. If they would have said its going to be 3 hour pure drama, everyone would have been prepared.
Coming to Drama. The switch between timelines is good but confusing at times. The performances were great. RDJ's performance as an egoistical man Lewis Strauss was awesome. Cillian's performance was good too.
But at the end you are going to feel the length of the movie while watching so be prepared
