    The best example is a truly pioneer scientific scholar and virtuous medical professional advocating,selflessly demonstrating to " clients,patients and athletes ' the litany of possibilities to attenuate,prevent and advance from malodorous conditions. Questions are could this much appreciated and absolutely pretty lady of perpetual health and wellness convey grammatical edification to this" deplorable and irredeemable" old rodeo man

    Dr Emily thank you so much for this seminar I've been thinking about getting some orthopedic shoes, reason being I'm a 57 years young but spun my left foot around backwards my toes were behind me and my hil was up front and when the doctor spun my foot back around it put me in shock woke up three days later with a steel plate and nine screws.i was told it was off a few sm now twenty some odd years later my hole body is out of line and the pain is insane but I'm going to try some exercises and see what happens..

    I always love your vids! I didn't go barefoot unless I was inside my house, but I did run /jog a bit with socks on! Girlfriend...oh my feet feel so much better. What a Godsend!

    I am so excited to hear more and learn this material. However for the presenter when I listen only while at work .. I'm not watching the visual ques so I don't know what body part is being referenced when the word "here" is often used instead of naming the body part.
    It was also hard to see the visual ques on the video as well when it was thumbnail sized.
    Thanks for the info.

    Best lecture on foot

  • @andrewhall6695
    @andrewhall6695 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    That is not how the foot actually works Ur foot works that way because u are walking on a flat surface and not using ur feet for traction. In my country people who walk barefoot naturally their toes grip the ground . The grip is so strong that it can be seen in tracks made by people in regular shoes and sneakers ...If the walk in sand the imprint of their arch can be seen through their shoes

    Quick question on power and stability. Emily states that "when the body seeks power and stability it is seeking plantarflexion and inversion.." does this mean, as mentioned, that eversion is equated with instability? If so then doesn't the body gain stability from an everted position during the low part of a squat? Some help would be great, thanks.

    • @annak29

      Squat University YT channel teaches how to squat keeping "short foot" position all the way down and through entire ROM 🍎💯😎

    This audience can’t keep up lol. Girl is too smart for them and the big elephant for people learning this stuff is that they haven’t studied the anatomy nearly enough.

    Not only the talker is hard to listen to, but this talk cointains very little practical information, as if it were to leave you hungry so you can buy her stuff to learn more. Feel free to skip this.

      She's trying to sound very sophisticated by invoking anatomical terms while having a very confident tone and posture. She knows a thing or two, but invests her energy in selling herself as an expert rather than conveying useful information.
