Back in 1984, I watched a relatively unknown artist at the legendary club The Hacienda named Madonna perform for the first time in the UK. The rest, is history.
She was already massive over here in the states at that time. She was dominating pop culture, with girls all over the country emulating her signature early 80's style.
Love how She keeps her shows sharp and not sloppy. She is such a perfectionist.
Each MDNA Tour show with more choreography songs were rehearsed previously.
Meaning that on each night Madonna performed some songs twice: GGW, Revolver, Celebration, EY/BTW, GAYL

Okay.... so here's my confession. I never paid attention to Madonna or her works. This is probably perhaps the first time I actually sat down today watching her stuff that she did. When she starts strutting her stuff at 3:52 as a gay man I am thinking there goes OUR ICON. She stood with us way before it was vogue to even be seen with gay men...She would advocate for our rights to marry and even have kids in the late 80s and early 90s. ❤ I had the privilege to watch the rehearsals of this tour from my office in Israel where the tour kicked off. Work ethic to the maximum. They rehearsed every movement over and over and over. Loved it !
