Stereo recording with an amp AND a modelling pedal...? (Mooer GE200)

I've been experimenting with recording in stereo using both a mic'd amp (my trusty Fender Blues Junior) AND a direct signal from my Mooer GE200 amp modelling pedal. Here's a video about how I do it, from set-up to recording to mixing.
