Use an instrument cable with a right angle plug to attach to the Spark Go. That will prevent it from being top heavy and pulling the amp over. That’s how I use mine.

No noticeable difference in tone. Maybe a case of a more original type strat or what feels slightly better.

It sounds better on your video than it does on some other videos

I enjoyed the review, however I would question whether it is a fair to compare your benchmark favorite Blue Chip, with a thickness of 1.25mm, with THIN low cost Dunlop picks. At least chose the Dunlop picks of a similar thickness. Perhaps we should take into account the modulus of the different materials for each pick - sorry I perhaps should of explained that I am a plastic scientist/technologist & guitar player. Modulus is the inherent stiffness of a material. Therefore, I would perhaps consider using a thicker plectrum for plectrums using a lower modulus material. For a relatively low cost pick, my favorite is the Dunlop Ultex - pale yellow - thickness 1.0 mm. Incidentally, the Dunlop Prime Tone is also made out of Ultex. Clearly it is the same plectrum but made to look like the Blue Chip.

first I have to say, your guitar playing is amazing my man. I went ahead and installed this but I put mine on a switch so I could flip it back-and-forth and I do use it once in a while with certain amplifiers but I agree with most of the comments and yourself that it is a subtle difference

Nice vid. I like Godin the best with this amp settings. Balanced and clean. Sire sounds too muddy and compressed(maybe its youtube compression) Good job. Nice guitars.

Really interesting. Good test keeping it all clean. To me listening on a cheap USB speaker, obviously the Strat and the 12 string sounded different from the other guitars, and the H7 sounded quite different from the rest of the humbucker/P90 guitars. I was surprised how similar the Danelectro was to the humbucker guitars. Not the same, but considering the differences in construction and PU, not very different.

Appreciate the effort and musicianship that went into this. I also hoard up inexpensive guitars, none of them go up to 1k. I often find myself GASing for a strat or danelectro - thanks for reminding me that I actually don't need them and they wouldn't get picked up because of my tele.
