Lake Danao has the perfect temperature esp during summertime. The area experiences cool nights which is amazing. The 2,130 ft elevation/above sea level is just perfect place for long term stay. For reference, the city in Reno, Nevada has 4,505 ft elevation and it snows. Other cities with same elevation as Lake Danao is Flagstaff, Arizona; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Puebla de Zaragoza, Mexico just to name a few. Can't wait for the Burauen-Albuera Rd to be open for travels so the distance to Ormoc City would be a lot closer instead of the 2 hrs and 15 minutes through Tacloban.
