When you consider the price (if it were true) , this is astonishing value. I don't see the NGFF SSD's being phased out for a while as there are just so many machines still being produced that have such slots. The USB 32Gb or less boot issue is a very odd one that I would have thought could be remedied with a BIOS update. Yes there are things that I wish were a little different such as the USB 2.0 ports and lack of some form of USB-C. I'm guessing that the USB 3.2 ports are Gen 1. Those HDMI ports don't seem to be 2.1 because of the limit of 4k60. For somebody looking for an all round, day to day PC, with a little extra oomph in the GPU over and above the N100 processor, this would seem to be ideal and would easily be a far better alternative to the RPI5 for use as a general PC/media player/retro gaming station. Sometimes things come along that just fit many a bill and this year, at $109, this should be on any top 20 list. However, when I look at the actual price for this model it comes up at $160, which makes the conversation rather different and nit picks rather more important. A whopping 47% increase in the real world price. Even a barebones option comes in at $115. So it has to be a thumbs down for being misleading

Would the ngff slot support an external gpu adapter?
No it cannot
@@tvboxstop thank you, what about through the m.2 slot? I think having a 1050ti attached would be a decent little system

Why can’t I run the display application? The display is running fine but I can’t access it. The cpu temperature says 0 degree
Sorry I don't have the answer to your question. It's very hard to troubleshoot a PC that's not in front of me.
I wonder how this performs against the G5 with the N97 Nick? As thay unit uses 4800mhz ddr5 but at 12w, this is 3200mhz at 25w... Its a hard one
Any mini-PC that uses DDR5 the chipset by nature will be better than the N97.
@@tvboxstop isn’t they’re same N97 cpu’s but different ram generation?
@@TTURKI according to Intel there is a version of the N97 that carries LPDDR5 4800 MT/s

Yes this is an auto switching a power supply.
You doesn't need to use menu button navigation bar or custom navigation bar app you can just change the navigation settings under android settings
Under the launcher 3 I couldn't get a navigation bar to come up. Taskbar mode worked fine but it's not the same with no drag-and-drop.
Yea there is alot to like about this product but the cons are hurting it.thanks nick...😁😁😁👍👍👍

is this thing capable of running Debian bookworm?
I believe it can because you can install Ubuntu desktop on it
Nice one nick a cheap as chips pc it is what it is as reflexed in the price.👍👍👍👍👍🍺
The regular price is actually $250 I guess they are trying to clear stock before the chipset loses popularity.
