Been using this backpack since my company bought it for me over a year ago and it's been the best companion on all my shoots! Can't agree more. It's genius.
I agree with everything you said, but I am not a fan of the dividers. I never felt that my camera and lenses were secure. You can’t get a tight fit, and if you open the sides without care, something can easily fall out. I took the insert from my old backpack and put it in between two of the Peak’s dividers. Now I can fit the body and three lenses nice and secure. They aren’t too close to the side opening now. Love the bag otherwise. Not sure if would pay that much for the bag. I got mine for free.

I've seen ways to use the dividers to make it tighter for certain hardware. There are videos out there that will show you.
