Immortals Fenyx Rising - The Lost Gods takes place almost immediately after the events depicted in Immortals Fenyx Rising - A New God, so consider this a SPOILER WARNING! All over the world, disasters are ravaging cities and tearing the world asunder. Fenyx, the Pantheon’s newly appointed God of Unity, suspects the world’s catastrophic state is because several gods have abandoned Olympos. After Zeus orders the Olympian gods not to contact the missing deities, Fenyx turns to an unlikely champion, Ash. After all, Zeus never said anything about enlisting the help of a mortal...
This is the final DLC for Immortals Fenyx Rising. This is still such an underrated game. Impressive that they took 3 very different routes with their 3 DLCs. I give them a lot of credit for trying different things and experimenting.

@@sorenleonidas3835 Hades got kids but he was the most good of the Gods in Mythology as he never raped people, just did his job, and had a stable marriage. These media stuff only put Hades in a position of being Evil because he is God of the Underworld.
But still Didn't stop them from having kids don't forget you used Percy Jackson from the movie, I'm using the ones from the games 😎😎😎😎
@@orrthehunter I mean technically he had his kids before the pact and even then there is nothing wrong with a little polyamory if both sides are doing it so yeah I agree he’s the better of the 3 brothers just under appreciated
@orrthehunter Hades technically, technically kidnapped Persephone though... granted it was under Zeus’ guidance and he was under the arrow love spell, but he still did it. Which, you know, can be argued to be a bad start because in reality no one takes kindly to people who kidnap their wives. It’s a lot much like Persephone was forced in the beginning. Also if you think about it he only loved Persephone because he was hit with the arrow like the other gods... How do we know for sure he actually loved her outside the spell? It was more like their marriage was under false pretenses or something. Yeah I can’t think of anything else he did that was “bad,” all I know is he was kinda similar to Hephaestus where the gods didn’t like him too much so he often minded his own business in the underworld. I think that’s what made people assume he was bad.
In the Percy Jackson series though he had like three other children outside of Persephone and was kind of an asshole to each of them. Bad father and bad husband if you think about it (don’t remember how Persephone felt about this though)
Not sure why, but, Hades' "you've got meat.", had me rolling.

Love this game and the dlcs. The art style is so great and the dialogue for the main game was especially amusing.

This dlc feels rushed and cheap to me. I really don’t like the locked overhead style camera, It makes it feel like i’m playing a wannabe handheld game and not a console game. to me the lack of close ups and camera control makes it less in depth and personal I can’t really connect to ash or the story .

I think it was a Story and artistic choice.
The camera is like that because you are Fenyx watching over Ash, instead of playing as Ash.

I agree and it also felt we missed out on seeing some cool stages up close such as 1:27:59 which in my opinion looked better than the base game.

1:07:05 personal family matter of my own, not gonna go into it. But, at this moment... currently I can relate a lot to hestia here .
Am I the only one upset that the game was doing so well both in the main story & the other DLC with their villains but then on this new DLC of theirs they have to mess it up by making Hades the obvious villain???
Like I was so happy they opted to Typhon as the villain of the main game and not Hades because of how Typhon is known to cause the destruction of the world and he's literally coined to be the father of monsters that's imprisoned by Zeus but then ofcourse everytime in almost every modern retelling we have to make Hades the bad guy and villain in any shape or form despite of the fact he's described in most of his myths to be more benevolent and has less drama on his back than Poseidon & Zeus
Like Hestia has the potential to be a villain in this and I actually genuinely thought she was the last person Ash has to fetch because she was missing despite being told she's the first one we attempted to get due to her being more compliant and literally this story would have more emotional impact as Ash tries to reach out to Hestia to tell her that she lost so much due to the gods breaking apart and having only her faith in them to keep her going but ofcourse no surprise it's goddamn Hades villain story
I don't see obvious villain, just overshadowed sibling. He seemed annoyed at how Zeus running things.
@@nomadskout9862 Yeah sure he did regretted his actions but the whole thing about video games making Hades the villain is still the same, he still freed his father and at the same time the "overshadowed" sibling thing could still be applied to Hestia who literally had a mental breakdown in-game because Zeus didn't cared about her perspective or say on the matter
it was pretty rude to trick Ash but I don't think Hades was the villain, none of the gods were, if anyone Zeus is the one who did the jerkiest thing of kicking his siblings out for wanting respect. I do agree he's seen as a villain way too often when he's usually more neutral but I don't think he's presented that badly here.

He may have improved himself in character in Scandinavia since his Olympian massacre... But that doesn't mean he's for unifying other gods.

Maybe to keep them for a second game ? Maybe because the more gods you use the more work it requires ? Resources on a game development are not infinite.
Man, this fenyx is soooo scary. With dark brown skin and grey hair. I always loved the original fenyx. She is so adorable.
