Hi there Jim Thats cool you are in Alaska! Iv seen beachcombing videos on here where people find the glass balls over there :) have you found any? Iv never found any here yet, the main prize are fish boxes here :)
Cant beat a bit of foraging along the sea shore after poor weather . I found a perfect Bosun's chair ( wooden seat used for painting ships) in west cork during winter 2023 . Its now a shelf in my mancave bathroom .
That large, triangular rock right above the first lemon float looks to possibly have some ancient signs of human workings on it. Fascinating. I love beach combing as well. Nice finds sir and good job on the cleanup.
Hi there, I just watched it back there, yes I see the rock, ill go back sometime to that rock and investigate it further, well spotted! Ah yes its relaxing to get out in the fresh air and see what has washed in :) I try and take a bit of trash each time I go beachcombing, unfortunately the amount of plastic on the shore is huge and big amounts on remote beaches also, Thanks for the comment and watching, hope you have a happy new year 🙂
@@jimnorthland2903 Yes that's the one. I don't purport to be an anthropologist just a guess from looking at the circular depressions in the stone. They look similar to others I've seen that native North Americans have left all over. I could very well be wrong.
