More progress on our Nova project. Marvel at the replacement of body subframe bushings. Enjoy crude hammering of the frame perch into compliance and bonus window vent removal. Also, feel free to count how many times Tom says "Ed" in the video. You don't win anything but it's excessive for sure.

Any torch that puts heat into the area you want is the right torch, but a rosebud is what you're looking for. Last one I bought was from harbor freight, pretty cheap but a welding tip will still get it done.

Better watch then wires or whatever that is coming out of the hole in the fire wall don't start melting from the heat but that body mount has a good twang to it. I wonder how it happened the frame looks good so whatever it was did not hit it hard

Tom you need to struggle more that vent window was way too easy to take out

I re-did the wing window weather strips on my '68 Nova and even though I had no prior experience with wing windows, I didn't think it was too bad at all. Looking forward to seeing which rivet(s) you decide to drill out. Good luck with the build!

Careful with that torch right next to the fuel lines on the frame. The end result was pretty damn good. I bet that car has been jumped at one time.
