You said it! I love it so much. The Kingtone stuff stacks so well together, and the Blues Power approximates that breaking up amp thing that a fuzz craves. When you run the 1968 into that, it’s the best mayhem!!

Thank you! As long as the fuzz is first in the chain it will clean up great, I recommend a treble bleed on your volume pot though - I favor the Emerson Custom treble bleed. Your question about the Blues Power being set to lower gain is subjective, because it depends on the headroom of your amp and the way it is set. It’s up to you to set the gain knob appropriately for the tone you want, so forget any preconceived notions of 1/3 on the gain knob, plug the pedals in a set them how you like. Running a fuzz into a breaking up drive or a breaking up amp is a great sound and far superior to running it into a clean amp in my opinion. I hope that is helpful! I have a 67 super reverb (and a fryette power station) and a duellist, I want a king tone fuzz, a 1968 and probably a blues power too 🤦🏻♂️ lol My guitar is a K-Line Springfield with the J1 blue birds !! In your opinion what king tone fuzz should I get? I dig playing Hendrix and blues Thanks
That’s sick! Heard good things about the Fryette, I love the Boss Waza Tube Amp Expander for its effects loop to place delay and reverb in after the pushed gain of the head and still can go through a real speaker unlike the ox! I understand the Fryette has that as well?
I personally really want to get pedals from kingtone, like the duellist, fuzz GE & SI, for me kingtone is equivalent to diaz & pedalpawn. unfortunately this kingstone pedal product has no official distributor in my country Indonesia, even though some sell individually and it is very expensive, please kingtone come in our country.
Hey I’m not as much as a humbucker player, but I do like them a lot with my Lollar low wind imperials which are very low output vintage spec - my advice would be to get your volume knob with a treble bleed mod so you can clean up the fuzz and dirt! 🤘

@@latchodives Blues Power works fine with my Les Paul. Although, I would say it’s slightly voiced more for a Strat(killer pedal). My favorite pedal for my Les Paul is the G-town holy grail V2. Awesome dumble sounds for blues and fusion style playing. They are 183 on their reverb shop(only place to find them).
