Is it possible for snow loads to have a 8/12 slope for roof and get trusses made for that, then at top plates add a floor for an actual attic with Advantek 3/4” plywood?
Later build out internal framing.

You'll have to have an engineer to design your roof trusses for that but yes, it's totally doable.

When you order your trusses you'll let them know your snow load, pitch, and then your attic plans. They'll build them to those specs.
