Profiles are what is pushing me to get this charger. I used profiles on my Hyperion chargers and they really made it easy to deal with lots of different batteries to charge. Thanks for showing that part. I just wish it at least had 240 to 300 watts though on AC.

For $35, you can use a 600w 24v/25a power supply in the wall at home connected DC to the charger. Then you can hit the charger a lot harder.
@@RCVideoReviews Yea. Thanks for the info. That would work for home use but for field use that has AC, I wouldn't want to drag a power supply with me. I want to future proof in case I need 5000mAh batteries in a 550 or 580 size heli and still get 1C. I want to get the Hota s6 or even the future f8+ but profiles are way to useful to me and I don't think they have them. The icharger DX6 is nice and has logging but it doesn't have built-in ac.
I have also seen some youtube reviews on those type power supplies sagging a lot in voltage and cutting off getting above 60% of their rated power consumption.
Notice it doesn’t have a balance charge. What’s up with that??
It's the best charger i have ever had.
Easy to use, memory for my 4 different batt sizes, and im about touy onemore, an a large external power supply.
I fly heli big scale, and use a lot of 6S packs.
Only regret i have is selling my 2 Revolectrix powerlab cell pro 8 chargers and my pair of SkyRc eFuel 1200w Psu's, 10 years ago.
But this little charger is a beast.

Yeah, that D6 Pro looks like a solid choice. How has it been working out for you?
@@RCVideoReviews Works great,I believe it does most everything the M6Dac does. Also I have two 12V, 1200W server power supply units daisy chained together, for a whoping 24V and 1800W for pushing power to it. If I had 220V outlet in house it can go as high as 2400W.

It's been a year... You still using this charger? How's it holding up?
I use it pretty regularly. I take it to the field as a second charger when I'm flying big 12s (2x6s5k) packs in models like my 85" Extra NG and my 700 heli. It's held up just great so far.
