I don’t fly near as much as you but like you showed I have a pile of chargers and I really like the options this one has. Do I need it. No. Do I want it. Yes. 🤩 Thanks Captain
These are my favourite brand of batteries (the best money can buy for FPV), but they are more costly then others. You could certainly use them on your Novice 4 (just get the correct size in mAh & voltage & battery connector)
Thanks for the tips! I never knew that’s how you work out the amps, so easy when you know 👍👍👍 Hope your doing ok with that heatwave over there too! That’s Australian summer temps!!
Adaptors are available on AMAZON. So if you have a battery with an XT30 or JST or DEANS connector, you simply go on AMAZON and look for a XT30 to XT60 connector, etc.
That company is very strange. They contacted me several times asking me to review their products, but since I live in Canada, I guess they can't get them here (although other companies have no issue). They would probably be a terrible company for obtaining service.

I bought this charger and the t18 jumper remote after watching the how to start fog series how we i don’t know how to connect it it doesn’t have an xt60 or 30 or that yellow port / how do I know what ports it goes into ?
I know it has been a while but wondering about charging 1s lipos with this. See nothing online. Unless there is now one better and in that case what would it be.
When it comes to PRO RC BATTERY CHARGERS they are all designed for 2S to 6S or 8S because such batterys have cells in them that require balancing, whereas a 1S battery is super simple with just one cell and just needs to be charged. You can certainly charge a 1s battery on most pro RC CHARGERS but most people don't bother and instead they buy a dedicated 1S battery charger. There are tons of 1s chargers on the markets with all types of inputs to accept all the different 1s connectors. AMAZON should sell them.

Nope. DJI makes batteries and chargers for people who don't wish to learn about batteries or chargers (that's why their drones are so easy to use), so for that reason you are stuck with what DJI gives you.
How do you know when you are on Battery 1 or 2? Pressing the Button doesn't seem to give you any UI feedback telling you Also, "speeding it up" to 1.7 instead of 1.3.... means it's gonna try to charge it to 1.7 and eventually damage it or smart enough to stop before (in this case why not charge at 2.0)? For people new in the hobby that fly drones, planes, cars, boats only on weekends or occasionally then 1 charger is perfectly fine. For people deep into the hobby.... my God, you need a massive number of chargers. I think I'm up to 10 to 15 battery chargers of different brands and kinds for the RC Hobby, and if I toss in every proprietary charger for every camera drone, I'm easily up over 100. Time for a therapy session :-)
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 I just counted all my chargers and have over 20 of them accumulated over quite a few years and that does not include the chargers that come with RC Planes/Boats/Tanks/Cars/Bikes/Quads and helicopters. Daily I actually use only 2-3 to do my charging.
This review is as useless as 99.9@ of all charger reviews. No info on the charge precision, speed of balancing, firmware updates, noise etc. Yes the box is really nice.
Justin, if I mentioned all that I'd lose 99% of my viewers (total boredom). For this reason, God blessed you with the ability to click on the link and look at the specs for yourself.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Specs are totally useless my friend. A good review should include charging statistics obtained with a high count true RMS voltmeter since many of these cheap Chineesh made chargers are out of calibration straight out of the box. They usually undercharge but in some cases can go over the limit. For example one of my ISDT chargers was constantly charging to 4.22-4.23V on cell 4 and 5 which is now good as you probably know.
@@justincase6744 Yes yes yes... for the tech nerds that is perfect but if you check my audience and see why my TH-cam channel is popular it is because this is where the newbies and beginners to the RC Hobby come. It is a fine charger (I own it) -- but I do not understand the decision to not have a power switch
Most chargers are like that (don't ask me why). I have all mine set on a power bar that I switch on/off.
