Little caesers uses 18oz for 14 inch pizzas we let the dough sit in the walkin fridge for 12-24 hours before taking it out to sit in room temp for 30 minutes before flattening it then we use 15oz of cheese 42 pepperonis we used to use 2 rows of 6 pepperonis in the center then 2 rows of 5 pepperonis next to the rows of 6 the 1 row of 4 nexts to the rows of 5 bake at 500 degrees for 6 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
So this is like a month process just to make a pizza. Nobody got time 22 days then 17 hours in the fridge out the fridge let it sit out for three years

Thanks! You can use any round pan with side walls on it, but this is the pan I have. www.amazon.com/Mainstays-Baking-Nonstick-Finish-Release/dp/B07T7ZDZTH/ref=asc_df_B07T7ZDZTH/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=343230781376&hvpos&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9436776865591825361&hvpone&hvptwo&hvqmt&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl&hvlocint&hvlocphy=9007921&hvtargid=pla-779994736733&psc=1&mcid=964779d9e8b13433a8d6ce4d40d2c17a&tag&ref&adgrpid=67045467737&hvpone&hvptwo&hvadid=343230781376&hvpos&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9436776865591825361&hvqmt&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl&hvlocint&hvlocphy=9007921&hvtargid=pla-779994736733
Chefs and cooks need to take their rings off when working in the kitchen and handling food. I see too many videos where people handle raw food while wearing rings. Why do they do that?

We use olive oil in the pans now but i suggest coarse cornmeal for easier cleaning
Love the inside info, Thanks!
Nice O's shirt ! 😉

Thank you for this video! My grandchild loves LC's pizza! I know a lot of people make fun of it, but it actually is very good.
Yeah, If I'm going chain pizza, I think it's as good as any of them. The deep dish right out of the oven is really good.
Where can you get the style of pizza pan you used to bake this pizza?

If you can get a pan into an air fryer you can certainly use an air fryer! Thanks a lot and good luck!
@@pizzachannel thank you so much for your reply! If I give it a try I’ll let you know how it goes ☺️
Nice! Where did you get that pan? Is it a specific style?

Do we let the yeast foam up in the water or no?
I've never found that to be necessary, the yeast will do its thing. It takes a lot to kill yeast.
At what temperature?!
500 degrees
Ain’t. Nobody trying to wait 2 days
Sml ahh music 😂

Good tip, thanks!
