VACATION MEAL PREP//easy meal ideas for your Airbnb!

- Hello friends! Today I'm sharing my Vacation Meal Prep video!
It's expensive to vacation, but to make it much more affordable, bring your own food!
If you're renting a vacation home through Airbnb, VRBO, Vacasa, or are getting a hotel room that has a kitchenette, utilize the kitchen that you have!
By planning your own breakfasts, several lunches, and a couple of dinners, you could save yourself hundreds of dollars. So that's what I'm doing!
We'll be having 6 breakfasts, 4-5 lunches, 3 dinners, and a few homemade desserts at our vacation homes that we'll be visiting. But of course, since it's still vacation, we'll also be having a few meals out and trying some local restaurants.
So let's meal prep for our vacation and save some money!

Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies -
1 stick of butter, melted, browned, and cooled
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips
Melt butter and brown over low heat for about 8-10 minutes. Allow the butter to cool for 10 minutes.
Mix everything together.
Chill dough in the fridge for 15 minutes before baking.
Bake at 375 degree F for 10-11 minutes.

Exactly! I'm sure we saved hundreds of dollars for the 5 of us! On one dinner alone we spent close to $200 total with tip! Can't imagine spending that daily for all of our meals!

I make frozen cookie dough all the time! I am going to try your recipe bc those sound amazing! I always portion my cookies and flash freeze them before putting them in a ziplock for storage, this way I can cook as many as I need without wrestling with frozen dough when it is time to cook them. Great video!

You got it! I think I got some footage showing how we packed it all. We ended up renting a large truck cause the transmission on our vehicle is giving out and didn't trust the long road trip, and that totally helped with all of our stuff. I use these ice packs for my kids lunches. They are the best! I pack lunches around 730 am and these come home still frozen at 3:30 pm!

Nope not at all! It’s non-dairy and dissolves easily with hot drinks! A lot of folks put it in their smoothies too💖
I can't do the natural peanut butter. The oil on top gags me. Even if you do turn it upside down. 🥺🥺🥺
Totally get that! In fact, I had stopped buying it for that reason in the beginning, but then found out how much 'stuff' they put into regular pb, so made the switch back and we're definitely used to it now! Could you maybe try implementing a little bit of natural with skippy to get used to the taste perhaps?
