Hi. Can you recommend a make and model of a grinder that we can buy in the UK to grind whole spices, without the motor burning out? Otherwise I won’t be able to make this recipe.

I've made pilau in the past and it's one of the few non-plain things I make that he will eat (he calls it "savoury rice" for some reason). This is a different level pilau, and I reckon it will go down a treat. Getting some protein and hidden veg from the sauces will do him good. You've got your editing down to a science now mate - those chopping cuts are like ASMR for the eyes and ears haha. I'll chuck your channel link to some friends and family to try and help you get your likes target. You might want to look into starting a patreon, I reckon you could do well with technique vids as a subscriber perk, inshallah 🙂
